Lovely apartment

Lovely, bright, modern clean apartment. A good base for our travels into Venice and exploring the areas nearby also. Air conditioning was glorious with the heat of Italy in August. Hosts collected us from the airport and showed us round the apartment. Lots of information provided on how to get around and recommendations for food.

Pay so much money and you get charged if you leave some garbage and not good internet but the place was clean. Host very helpful

We welcomed you in person, giving you all the information for parking your car, for visiting Venice, how to get around, where to eat, transport. I remind you that you paid €39.00 per person for a new 80-meter apartment including products for both the bathroom and breakfast, and you took advantage of a discount of €20.00 when booking. The house rules provide, only in particular cases if you leave the kitchen very dirty and rubbish for the house, a contribution of €20.00 for additional cleaning, which fortunately has never happened. The internet connection has always worked, if you had any interruptions due to bad weather we are sorry but it is not our fault. We hope you enjoyed Venice. Greetings from Venezia House

Fantastic stay

Alessandra collected us from the airport, which made getting to the apartment easy. Although out from Venice island the number 7 bus takes you straight there and is just at the end of the road. Lovely modern spacious clean apartment with small balcony. Comfy beds and much needed air con! Small extras like bathrobes were lovely touch. Alessandra explained everything when dropping us off and was a lovely host, thank you

Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, ist von Außen erstmal nicht ersichtlich, sehr sauber und organisiert, alle relevante Infos hängen an der Wand z.B. Buszeiten und Pläne auch zum scannen, der betreiber Massimo macht einen sehr netten und seriösen Eindruck und hat mich sehr beeindruckt und überzeugt, ich würde nochmal diese Wohnung buchen.

Alexandra et son conjoint Massimo ont été très accueillants et gentils. Ils sont très charmants. Ils nous ont donné pleins de conseils pour notre demie journée à Venise. Merci beaucoup de votre hospitalité. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Je recommande fortement l’endroit. Merci encore
