Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It was a clean, comfortable stay in a fantastic location. Easy access to a tram going straight into old Venice. We also appreciated having parking for our rental car we used for traveling to other cities and sites around northern Italy. All around a great time.

Giovanna & Adriana have a lovely apartment and made us feel very welcome, even presenting us with a bottle of champagne as they knew it was our wedding anniversary. They were very helpful and gave us lots of information about everything. The apartment is in a great location, close to the tram that takes you into Venice. Very clean and tidy throughout and we would definitely stay here again

Nous vous remercions Giovanna et Adriana pour votre accueil attentionné ! Nous avons eu l'impression d'être attendus et reçus comme si nous étions des membres de la famille !Deux soeurs sympathiques qui veulent de façon évidente que votre séjour soit parfait et mémorable. Communications rapides, détaillées, efficaces et courtoises. L'appartement est vaste, lumineux, impeccablement propre et remarquablement tranquille. Des matelas merveilleusement confortables et de la literie toute fraîche. Le bâtiment est tranquille, avec une entrée en beau marbre typique de l'Italie, comme tous les planchers de l'appartement. Des cartables contenant une foule de renseignements utiles et pertinents sont disponibles pour consultation. Un gros supermarché (Cadoro) à 11 minutes à pied. Un quartier sécuritaire et familial où il est facile de se garer. Le centre de Mestre est agréable à visiter. En fait, l'appartement dépassait nos attentes ! L'emplacement est imbattable pour se rendre à Venise : vous pouvez acheter des billets de transport à l'hôtel au coin de la rue, et l'arrêt du tramway est à 10 minutes de marche : un plaisant trajet de 15 minutes et vous êtres rendus à destination.Nous y retournerions sans hésitation !

Merci beaucoup, Adriana et Giovanna, pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse et vos précieux conseils pour découvrir Venise et passer un agréable séjour. L'appartement est très spacieux, très propre avec tout le nécessaire. Il est très facile de se rendre à Venise (en 10 à 15 mn) par le tram qui passe toutes les 10 minutes à deux pas de la location. Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. In 5 Min ist man zu FuĂź an der Strassenbahn die einen nach ca 20 Min Fahrt an die Schiffsanleger bringt. Die Vermieterinnen sind super nett und hilfsbereit. In der Wohnung liegt eine Mappe mit vielen nĂĽtzlichen Tipps zum Aufenthalt in Venedig. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Darling apartment close to the tram to access Venice

We traveled by car, and the apartment was easy to find. Adriana and Giovanna met us there, and gave us so much information! We knew just how to find the tram, where to take the garbage, how to work the blinds... And they provided a notebook with additional information available. The apartment felt so spacious, and was very clean and comfortable. The tram stop is just around the corner where we could catch a ride to Venice. We purchased the 3 day pass from the tobacco store nearby, and it was worth every cent! It covered access to the tram, the buses, and the water buses in Venice. We enjoyed a couple of restaurants near the apartment: Bombay Spice and Saikesushi. Both were within walking distance, reasonably priced for a couple, and had excellent food. The notebook suggested some grocery stores nearby, but because we had the car (and needed easy parking), we drove to the Simply market which is a bit further away. They have a parking garage underneath their store that made access very easy. It is a large market where we could find food for meals we planned to eat in. We also purchased laundry detergent to use the washer. It was easy to use. The one thing I would say to anyone who plans to stay here is to manage your showers. The hot water tank in the bathroom is not very large, and we found that we needed to space our showers out about an hour so that we would each have enough hot water. Otherwise, the stay was flawless. Many thanks to Adriana and Giovanna for sharing their home with us!

Bellissima la neve! Trovarla a Venezia è la magia più grande per ogni turista, per questo sopportano volentieri anche il freddo inaspettato!! La cosa più bella per noi è quando i nostri ospiti sono contenti del loro soggiorno, desiderano ritornare e consigliano ad altri il nostro appartamento. Tres bon séjour

Grazie, ci fa piacere sapere che vi siate sentiti bene accolti. Il nostro appartamento si trova a Mestre che è la terraferma di Venezia. Per raggiungere Venezia da Mestre è indispensabile per tutti attraversare il lungo ponte che la collega ed è quindi inevitabile dal nostro appartamento e da tutta la terraferma utilizzare il tram che la collega ogni 10 minuti, impiegando 15 minuti. Fortunatamente il nostro appartamento si trova in una delle posizioni migliori per raggiungerla in quanto si trova ad appena 5 fermate. Altrettanto si trova in una posizione ottima per i collegamenti con l'aeroporto e la stazione dei treni.

IDEAL POUR VISITER VENISE

Appartement très bien situé. Les propriétaires sont accueillantes et nous ont même accompagné pour nous montrer l'arrêt du tram qui est à 5mn de l'appartement. (Le tram vous emmène directement à Venise en 15mn.) A conseiller.

Appartement idéalement placé et très fonctionnel, pour visiter Venise(20 minutes), très bien desservi par les bus ( et bientôt le tramway), jusque tard le soir. Dans un quartier calme et bénéficiant de toutes les commodités ( distributeur, supermarché....), l'accueil de Giovanna et de sa soeur a été très chaleureux. Nous avons pu avoir toutes les informations( en français qui plus est )nécessaires à un séjour remarquable. Un seul regret, cependant, celui de ne pas être restés plus longtemps....

L'accueil d'Adrianna sa disponibilité de nous donner toutes les instructions. L'appartement est spacieuse et surtout super propre très bien équipée. La situation géographique tout près de Venise. El sueno de conocer Venecia se completa con una estancia agradable en el apartamento de las hermanas Rocco. La amabilidad y el profesionalismo de ambas hacen inolvidable el viaje. Cada cosa está en su sitio, la limpieza y pulcritud satisfacen al turista más exigente. La parada del Bus apenas unos trescientos metros y la tranquilidad a la hora de dormir es absoluta. Este alojamiento se puede recomendar al cien por ciento. Muchas gracias a las hermanas Rocco por su hospitalidad. Eine so tolle Wohnung kann man jederzeit empfehlen. Die Geschwister Rocco sind die besten Gastgeber. Vielen, vielen Dank.

Une location idéale.

Accueil, gentillesse et disponibilité d’Adriana, de Giovanna et de son mari en tous points exemplaires. Si un problème se présente sur un équipement, ils le règlent dans la journée. Appartement spacieux, bien équipé, conforme à sa présentation et calme (très appréciable après le bruit de Venise et des vaporetti en particulier !). Commerces de la vie quotidienne, à proximité de l’appartement. Arrêt des autobus pour Venise à deux minutes de l’appartement. Autobus fréquents (5 lignes) et temps de transport pour Venise de quinze minutes maximum. Cette location ayant été pour nous idéale, nous ne pouvons que confirmer les nombreuses appréciations positives exprimées sur ce site.
