Bright, exterior-facing, and quiet 70-meter apartment for 4 people. Ideal for a holiday or working in Madrid, as it’s well-located in a very convenient area. A great option for your stay, as it’s larger than average (70 m²), plenty of natural light (most apartments are interior-facing or on lower floors), and an lift. Located in central Madrid, a 5-minute metro ride from Avenida América, Cartagena, and Prosperidad. Just 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the national bus station and the Bernabéu Stadium. Comfortable apartment with three rooms: living room, bedroom, and bathroom, all with large windows that let in natural light (most apartments in the area are on the ground floor or interior units with less light and overlook pedestrian walkways). The bed features a latex mattress and pillows with cotton sheets. It features a double bed and an additional sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV (Fire TV), air conditioning, and heating. - Trash must be taken out at the end of the day and placed in the communal bins located in front of the lift door. - Access is free thanks to the keybox located in the building’s entrance. Paid parking: €15/day. Must be reserved in advance. There are two parking spaces for four apartments, so they may not be available at the time of booking. If you’d like to check, please ask before booking, and we’ll let you know if they’re available. We’re here to help you with whatever you need to ensure you have a great experience in Madrid. We’ll assist you with any questions or requests. We look forward to seeing you! I’m as flexible as possible with check-in and check-out times; however, this will depend on whether it can be coordinated with our availability, whether check-in and check-out occur on the same day, and the time required for cleaning so that you’ll find the place in perfect condition. We offer 24/7 access thanks to the key box located in the building’s entrance hall.

Cosy flat in a lively Madrid neighbourhood

We had a very nice stay in Madrid. The flat is small but cosy and well enough equipped for four people. The owner was very nice and helpful, always responding quickly to our questions and requests. The neighbourhood is lively with a lot of bars, shops and a great gourmet market with South American food stands (Mercado de Prosperidad). Also very well communicated with the main tourist attractions. The street is quiet, so one can get a well deserved sleep after running around Madrid all day (and night ;) ). We had a great time. Thank you!

Excelente ubicación, en excelentes condiciones, daba gusto ingresar allí, tenía todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía excepcional, como algo a resaltar el parking va por aparte y es mucho más cómodo adquirirlo directamente con el propietario
