Complete with linens, full size washer and dryer, kitchen is fully equipped, all new upgraded appliances. including all small appliances, pots and pan, dishware and silverware. Home has air purifiers for use. 70" Smart T.V in living area, all bedrooms have T.Vs, with cable TV, outdoor living area, patio furniture, TV, table and chairs and gas bbq, and so much more. Just bring your personal belongings.
Home is large and spacious 1600 sq’, Split floor plan. Garage is available with garage door opener. Queen Air Mattress available for your use. NO PETS ALLOWED AT THIS HOME.

Nice community-Dated home

Bungalow is located in a lovely neighbourhood, home is spacious but dated. Ample supply of linens, cooking, baking and cleaning supplies. Torn paper window covering in the entrance is an eyesore. Lots of lawn furniture and two barbecues, both of which were dirty when we arrived. Back yard unkempt upon our arrival with weeds over a foot high when we left. Owner initially difficult to reach by us or VRBO when we had questions early in our stay.

im so sorry to hear of the few issues this guest had during their stay. They were from canada, and had a Canadian phone number, so thei calls didnt come through to me. they never tried to email, text, or even use the message on vrbo site. I was finally able to text them, and their only question was, when they would receive their deposit back. I asked them about the weeds, since the whole community were having a lot from all the rain. He told me there were a few weeds in the back yard. I offered to have my landscaper come, and he said it was fine until they checked out. there is 2 sets of patio tables, that sit 4 people, one in the sun and one under covered patio. there also are 2 lounge chairs. I feel that is not to much furniture for a big back yard. the home looks just like the pictures on the site, it is not dated, all the kitchen appliances have recently been replaced, and all new mattresses have also been replaced. During this stay, the guests never complained about anything. I always want my guests to feel comfortable in my home and will address any problems or questions they may have

This is a very well kept, safe neighborhood. All neighbors are so friendly. It has lots of parks and recreation areas so close to the home. It is the first subdivision you will come to from the phoenix area, which makes it easy coming and going to the Phoenix area
