Maricopa Home w/ Swim-Up Bar, Heated Pool & Slide

From the owner: "Thank you for your feedback. All maintenance items mentioned have since been resolved with our team. We do wish these concerns had been brought to our attention during your six-week stay, as we would have been happy to address them promptly. To clarify for future stays, the garage is not included for guest access."

Hi Beth, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: Our guests' comfort is our top priority, and we did let you know that the pool water cannot retain heat during cold winter air temperatures. Although we did have the pool heat set at 85 degrees during your check-in, the water temperature may not be optimal for most people to swim. We apologize that this impacted your stay and have since ensured that the listing is accurate. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review.

Hi Tyler, the homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences and would like to clarify the following: - We consider our home a destination retreat for our guests, so we work hard to give our guests a comfortable and memorable stay. We thank you for sharing your concerns, as we take our guest's matters seriously - Three months before your arrival and final payment, we sent you an email explaining the colder Arizona December weather and how the overnight air will impact the temperature of our pool, and how it will go down below a comfortable level for swimming - Our insurance and VRBO don't have protection for unregistered guests on the property. We were happy to approve your two additional guests to our home since you asked us before your arrival - We try our best to provide a peaceful environment for guests, but sometimes external factors, like a neighbor's party, are simply out of our control. We apologize if this impacted your stay - We did a very thorough hand-cleaning of our bar-b-que grill over Thanksgiving, so we apologize if it was dirty a few weeks later. We hope the resolution we provided eased your inconvenience of not using it - We are a no-pet policy home, and we've never owned pets. What you saw was a dog door and gate left by the seller when we bought the house in 2021 or the beanie babies left by my grandkids We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
