Stunning property with amazing views and wonderful pool. Alfio was super helpful when greeting us at arrival and showed us the house. Spent many evenings out on the patio/balconies watching fireworks and Etna (including erupting with lava flows). Kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals and bathroom facilities great. Really lovely property and such a quiet area. We had a hire car and were able to mix pool days with exploring Catania, Syracuse, Taormina & Aci Terezza which were stunning.

Wonderful house, top class furnitures, very clean, spacious bedrooms, spacious bathrooms. The town centre is about 500 mt away, the beach (Acitrezza) 3 kms. We recommend a visit to Etna volcano and a special meal prepared at our home by MammaSicily staff. Alfio, the housekeeper, was very kind. Higly recommended

Kaffeemaschine klemmte, also gab es kein Kaffee. Dann kamen ständig Fremde Leute aufs Grundstück, Gärtner, Poolmann. Man konnte keine Balkontüren offen lassen. Anschließend wurden von uns 3 neue Badehandtücher am Pool gestohlen. Fernbedienung für BeleuchtungGarten und Pool funktionierte auch nicht. Strommenge reichte uns, ansonsten kostet es nochmal extra.

Hi Hilde, thanks for your kind review. However, I must necessarily make comments on what you wrote: First of all, the theft of towels, as you say, is a very serious accusation. Absolutely it can't have happened because no one ever enters this house without the permission of the guests or the owners and saying something about this is something that is not done in a review, because it is very offensive to all Sicilians, just as it is offensive to say that there are mountains of garbage everywhere. First of all it has nothing to do with the review of the villa, because we are not responsible for the garbage of Sicily and then because it is absolutely not true. No one has ever complained about something like this and you could have saved it. Gardeners and pool maintainers come only once a week and are necessary services for the well-being of the guests. If the coffee machine didn't work, just tell us and we would have changed it right away! Finally, we never said that the pool was heated, it's a very important thing that you couldn't lie about! We are serious and respectable professionals and we would never have done such a thing. Surely there was a misunderstanding because of the language difference. Anyway thanks for the feedback, it's always precious to us Ciao from Sicily and from all the Sicilians Giuseppe
