Very lovely old style Sicilian villa with lots of character. The swimming pool area is quite fantastic and we had lots of fun playing on the pool table. Worth pointing out though that not all bedrooms are air conditioned and that the wi-fi wasn’t great. Great views of Etna and the surrounds from the terrace.

Great stay

We had a great time staying here. One thing to note is there is no air conditioner in the room on the ground floor and it got a little hot. The pool is incredible and the views are amazing. Great big house for lots of people.

Lovely views

The views from this property were lovely. The pool and outdoor kitchen were great fun. Lovely garden also. This was a great location with easy travel time from the airport and a good base to explore the area. Fiumefreddo itself was not much to speak of. I would recommend this villa for a family holiday but a car is essential.

Gorgeous house in a strategic position, between Taormina and Catania area. The bedrooms are very large and brights, the kitchen spacious and the exterior absolutely fantastic. Very kind owner (Emiliano, a former karateka!). The sandy beach is just a couple of kilometers away. The downtonwn of Fiumefreddo just a km away. We'll come back, ciao Sicilia

Fantastic outdoors. Only three bedrooms and kitchen have a/c. The bedroom next to the kitchen is not really a bedroom, it’s a sofa bed behind a curtain.

ciao Kristian, thank you for your review. but, I need to do some comments on your feedback: all the ground floor have AC, not only 3 bedrooms. the only place without AC is the basement, which has fans and is cool enough also without AC. regarding your note about the bedroom next to the kitchen, it is not true what you say: there is no a curtain but 2 sliding doors and it is a real bedroom. the bed is a sofa bed as we say in the description but it has an actual mattress, and not a thin mattress typical of all the sofa beds. so it is an actual bed in an actual room. thank you very much anyway for your feedback, we will try to improve all our services. ciao! Our stay in Fiumefreddo di Sicilia was absolutely fantastic. The house was perfect for our family, but what really made the experience unforgettable were the outdoor spaces. The pool was incredible, crystal clear, beautifully maintained, and the ideal place for our boys to splash and play while we relaxed. We spent hours out there every day, and it became the heart of our trip.The outdoor BBQ kitchen was another highlight. It was fully set up, easy to use, and made dinners feel like a true Sicilian experience. We grilled fresh local seafood, enjoyed long meals outside, and loved having such a comfortable, private space to unwind in the evenings.Inside, the home was spotless, spacious, and welcoming. The bedrooms were quiet and cool at night, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the living areas were perfect for relaxing after long days exploring.The location was unbeatable. In just a few minutes we could reach Marina di Cottone, one of the most beautiful and peaceful beaches we visited. It was perfect for families. Taormina, Alcantara Gorge, and Etna were all easy drives, making the house an ideal home base.The host was warm, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making our stay perfect. Communication was fast and helpful, and every detail from check‑in to local recommendations was handled with care. You can tell they truly love sharing this home with guests.We would absolutely stay here again. It was the perfect mix of comfort, location, and hospitality.

Wunderschöne Anlage

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Viel Platz für eine Gruppe. Auf dem Gelände mehrere Sitz-und Ruheoasen. Das Haus ist landestypisch eingerichtet und dekoriert. Der Pool und Whirlpool sehr gepflegt. Checkin und -out problemlos. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Tolle Anlage zum Urlaub machen.
