This beautiful villa is located close to the famous beach of Marina di Cottone, quietly situated amidst a beautiful garden (approx. 4500 m2) with tropical and rare plants, where you can spend pleasant moments swimming in the pool, sunbathing or barbecuing in the summer kitchen!
The pool area is truly exceptional with a large BBQ corner and a beautiful oval Jacuzzi.
Mamma Nella is built using the renowned local lava stone, which together with the tropical plants, lawn and Sicilian ceramics elegantly harmonise this house.
The exterior features several relaxation corners, as well as deckchairs, parasols and lounges.
Adjacent to the pool there is also a bathroom and shower.
The villa has three floors, two of which are at garden level.
The main entrance leads directly into an open space with a large kitchen in rustic Sicilian style, dining table and living room with sofas, armchairs and television. Part of this living room can be completely isolated and become a bedroom with a double sofa bed. On the ground floor there is also an elegant double bed and a bathroom with whirlpool bath.
The staircase leads to the first floor where you can admire a spectacular view from the huge terrace: Mount Etna and the endless sea, two symbols of Sicily! The terrace is accessed from a pretty sitting room located between the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are double and one has a slightly sloping roof and another single bed. On this floor there is a large, elegant bathroom with a double shower.
Another staircase, again from the main level, leads to another floor at garden level where there is a large living room with billiard table, a kitchen, a double bedroom and another bathroom with shower.
Mamma Nella is equipped with everything you need for a peaceful holiday.
The house is strategically located between Taormina, Mount Etna and the sea, which is only a couple of kilometres away. Enjoy Sicily!

PLEASE NOTE THAT A SUM OF € 300 IN CASH IS REQUIRED ON ARRIVAL FOR FINAL CLEANING AND THE PROVISION OF BED LINEN AND TOWELS.

Electricity is included up to a consumption of 250 kWh per week. Any excess will be charged at € 0.50 per kWh.
