With refined decoration, it offers all the comforts of a home, guaranteeing an unforgettable stay. Upon entering through the private entrance on the ground floor, you will be welcomed by a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The spacious living room features a 70" Smart TV and patio doors that open onto the terrace, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals. Additionally, the living area includes a single sofa bed.



On the upper floor, there is a charming sun-bathed terrace, a bedroom with a balcony and a comfortable double bed, together with a wardrobe to conveniently store your belongings and an additional single bed. The complete bathroom features a generous shower, double sink, bidet, toilet and a washing machine for greater guest convenience.
