The property was in excellent condition. Everything was very clean. We did find it odd that there was air conditioning in the bedrooms but not in the living and dining room. Also, it would have been nice to include a small amount of basic staples (washing machine detergent, basic condiments and coffee). You could raise your price a little to include these. Your rental price was very reasonable and the location is great. We enjoyed our time at Villa Agua.

Overall it was great but the little things disappointed. For example, bin bags weren’t provided, so we had to purchase our own (after the first one got full). We had to take the bins out - this was outside the compound! We had to more or less clean the entire property before leaving and be out by 10am!

We had a fantastic stay at this villa and would definitely recommend it, especially for a girls’ holiday. The villa was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with lovely bedrooms and several bathrooms, which made getting ready so much easier for our group. The pool was a real highlight – it was a great size and the perfect temperature, making it ideal for relaxing during the day. We also felt very safe throughout our stay, which gave us peace of mind. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of essentials, including pots, pans, utensils, and everything we needed to cook meals at the villa. The host was also excellent, responding quickly to messages and always being helpful when we had questions. Picture online were slightly different to our villa but I think thats due to there being multiple properties The location was great too – it was only a short Bolt ride into Albufeira the beach was also only a 15 minute walk.Overall, it was the perfect villa for a girls’ trip, and we would happily stay here again!
