Apartment 2 is located directly on the seafront close to popular bars and restaurant's. Located on at the basement level of the building, giving a lovely snug feel for a comfortable stay.

The kitchen/living/dining room give you great spaces for relaxing and entertaining guests and has carpet flooring throughout.

For relaxation there is a comfy sofa bed that can be reclined.

The apartment has a 43 inch TV, full HD with virgin TV, Freeview, Netflix, for catch-up TV (BBC iPlayer, ITV hub, channels 4 and 5) including radio.

The kitchen area is open plan. It has a washing machine and dryer and work surface for preparing and eating food. It has an undercounter fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and a new oven/separate grill.

Cutlery, crockery, cups and glasses are provided.

The dining area comes with a dining table and chairs situated at the front bay window.

The dining table can be set up for a romantic meal or used for a quick bite to eat before heading out to see the sights of the city and seafront or alternatively feeding the children.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 people with the second bed being a sofa bed. Extra linen is provided free of charge and will need to be set up and made by the guest as the sofa bed is located in the lounge and will interrupt the living space before bedtime (we hope you understand).

The bedroom has calm and relaxing décor.

The bathroom is newly refurbished and includes a bath.
