We arrived late at about 8pm after a long drive from a stay in Warwickshire. Unfortunately the beds had not been changed, the place had not been swept clean, there were dishes to dry on the drainer. No clean linen, towels or tea towels. The windows/ frames in the bathroom and kitchen area needed cleaning. The towels had been left in a heap in the bathroom.
