Jubilee Annexe is a newly refurbished two bedroomed ground floor cottage annexe adjoining our family home.

Located in a peaceful village in West Norfolk with numerous walking & cycling routes from the property into Shouldham Warren woodlands & along the Nar Valley Way.

The area has lots to explore including the Sandringham Estate, various beaches & castles.

Enjoy all the area has to offer and return to relax infront of the woodburning stove.

Very nice place to stay, peaceful and relaxing. The lounge was very comfortable and the kitchen area had everything we needed (including a colander to view the eclipse!)The shower room is very compact but well presented and made good use of the space.Our only slightly negative comment would be about the double bed mattress. I'm not sure what to say about it except that if one person turned over, the other felt like they were on the high seas. However we still managed to sleep well.

Perfect for our needs for a relaxing 3 night break. Property very clean and well equipped. Did some walking and cycling from the property (a bit restricted by paths through local woods being temporarily closed for forestry work). Easy to get to other locations by car.

We had a great few days. The Annex was really quiet. There is a family next door with children and they were so good we didn't hear a thing. We visited Oxburgh for the Mary Queen of Scots embroidery and Watatunga WILDLIFE SAFARI in Norfolk for a delightful buggy drive through their lovely park of antelope, deer, Chinese water buffalo and of course the fascinating Great Bustards.The only thing is that most of the pubs and eateries in the area have closed due to covid and changing financial economies so pop down to Waitrose in Swaffham. Sorted!

Cosy cottage

We had a lovely stay thank you. The cottage was warm and comfortable. There was plenty to do in the area. It was a shame that the previous guests hadn’t washed up the crockery and cutlery very well. Lovely friendly dog next door and overall would recommend it for a short stay.

Perfect!

Jubilee Annex was just perfect. It is a gorgeous space, lovely and clean and beautifully furnished. Charlotte was most welcoming and rustled up a high chair when my granddaughter came to visit.
