We had a wonderful stay in Monopoli as a family with two children. The apartment was very clean, spacious and perfectly located, with everything we needed close by – shops, restaurants and the historic centre were all within easy walking distance. It was also a great base for exploring the surrounding area by car. Although a parking space directly in front of the apartment wasn't always available, we could always find a good alternative nearby. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would happily recommend this apartment!

Lovely spotless apartment with a fantastic roof terrace in perfect location, right in the centre of Monopoli.The host was very easy to contact and responded straight away. We had 1 slight issue which was investigated straight away. 2 large bedrooms, air conditioning right through and lovely views from the terrace. 2 minutes walk into the centre of Monopoli. Parking a little challenging but early morning and early afternoon you can park by apartment . Station 5 minute walk, very easy to get the train to Polignano and Bari. Would certainly recommend the apartment. Thank you for the stay. Xx

The Apartment was excellent for two couples and would be ideal for a family of four. It was spotless and well equipped. The balcony was an outstanding space and the location was very good for the old town, bars, restaurants and shops. However, we were disappointed by an aircon fault that meant there was a loud buzzer every couple of minutes when in use, this was particularly problematic the night of arrival as were woken several times and had no idea what was going on. If thats fixed, i couldn't fault the apartment. However, i would clarify before booking.

Apartment well kept with modern appliances, plenty of pots and pans for cooking, with some spices, salt, pepper and other condiments. Kitchen also serves as a living room. Washing machine was very useful. Well situated, close to historic centre, train station, pastry and bakery shops for excellent croissants, bread, foccacia, pasticciotto etc. Excellent communication with owner who offered us a complimentary bottle of wine. Parking spot is not always available in front of apartment but can always be found in nearby streets. Very clean city and safe.

Apulien 2025 mit der Familie

Die Unterkunft ist frisch renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist überagend. Es gibt Parkplätze umsonst in den umliegenden Straßen oder wenn ihr Glück habt direkt vor der Haustür.Die Matratze vom Doppelbett fällt zur Seite ab, die könnte mal erneut werden.Kinderbett und Stuhl wurden bereit gestellt. Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.Wohnung war super sauber und gut eingerichtet

Super mooi appartement met een heerlijk dakterras

Een uurtje voor aankomst even een appje sturen en toen stond onze gastvrouw klaar voor ons, helemaal top! Heel groot appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Ze heeft alles goed uitgelegd en was tijdens ons verblijf bereikbaar voor vragen, heel aardig. Het is vlakbij het centrum, kun je heen lopen in 5 min. Ook goede uitvalbasis om de rest van Apulië te verkennen.

Casa semplicemente stupenda.

Sono stata qui per una settimana. La signora Valeria mi ha accolto benissimo é stata semplicemente accogliente e stupenda. Nonostante la mia vacanza non fosse iniziata nel migliore dei modi, la signora Valeria con la sua accoglienza mi ha fatto subito sentire a casa. La casa è semplicemente stupenda. Grande, pulita, spaziosa con un terrazzo stupendo. Sono stata benissimo e spero di tornarci molto presto.

Parfait pour un séjour à Monopoli!

Très bel appartement avec la terrasse sur le toit permettant d'avoir une magnifique vue sur Monopoli et la mer. L'appartement est très bien équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Graziano et sa soeur Valeria sont très gentils et disponibles pour répondre à nos questions. Merci à eux pour leur accueil!

Claire e la sua famiglia sono delle persone piacevolissime, una famiglia ben affiatata e solare. Il loro soggiorno pugliese è stato accompagnato da un tempo soleggiato e perfetto che ha permesso loro di visitare parte del nostro territorio. La casa è stata lasciata in perfetto ordine e cura. E' stato un piacere conoscerli e poterli ospitare.
