Charming California home! Completely remodeled, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, single level dwelling, fireplace, beautiful patio plus private courtyard, 2 car garage. Your perfect getaway ~ enjoy golf course living! Community center pool and spa available. Wonderful quiet neighborhood. Walk to winery for music, dining, and shopping. 20 minute drive to the beach at Torrey Pines, 30 minutes to downtown San Diego and most attractions. Must be 55 + to enjoy. 31 Day minimum rental, longer preferred. NO SMOKERS and, sorry, no pets.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Drape wet towels over the shower doors so they can dry without molding. Adjust the thermostat controls as such: (From the OFF MODE, push the MODE button 4 times until it reads 85 cool/60 heat)
Empty trash/recycle into the appropriate garage garbage bins. Make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked (shades and curtains drawn). Cover chairs in the courtyard, replace back yard pads
Leave the garage door opener on the kitchen island with "Welcome and Departure" instructions. Please be sure to leave the orange key set with the fob – VERY IMPORTANT!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We have lovely hardwoods and new carpets so please REMOVE your shoes before entering home. Use special caution with sand from the beach. Thanks!
31 NIGHTS MINIMUM Required. Thank you. Any smoking inside will eliminate complete damage deposit returned.
Ants love the CA climate so keep kitchen clean and store open food in the fridge or airtight containers. And let us know if you see any ants or pests.

We purchased this special place as a winter getaway, to be near the beach, and to share with family and friends. We have lovingly remodeled almost everything about this property. At this time in our lives we are busier than we planned and find we just don't get to use it often enough so we decided to make it available to other 'seniors' looking for a longer term getaway. We hope you enjoy our little cottage as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

Golf course living. The highest quality of furniture and construction materials were used with a brand new wood floor installed in October, 2018 plus all new windows/sliding doors August, 2021. Recently purchased state-of-art washer/dryer and new comfortable (swivel/master; rocking/guest) lounge chairs in the master/guest bedrooms. California closet organizers installed in walk-in closet.
