The independent kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, horn, vitro hob, washing machine, coffee machine, plancha and all necessary household appliances. The bedroom has 1 bedroom measuring 90 x 190 cm. The working table borders the window. The bedrooms 2 and 3 have beds measuring 135 x 190 cm and working tables. The bedrooms have ceiling fans.



The apartment has an intelligent lock, facilitating access by opening through a keypad. In addition, there are smoke, CO2 and noise detectors.
