We had a lovely stay

Great modern apartment, that was really clean and in a great location. Pool, beach, marina all within a few minutes walk and only 10 -15 minute walk to all the main eating and drinking areas. We had a lovely stay, would return and recommend to others.

A new modern property with just a short distance from the sea and Denia town center

This is a new property so was in a very good condition. A very well managed property with support prior to arrival and immediate responses to any questions during our stay.

wir sind als Familie 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind gereist

wir sind als Familie 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind gereist. Lage: war gut ein Supermarkt gleich ums Eck Restaurant und die Promenade/Hafen sind ca. 15min zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich würde aber ein Auto empfehlen für Strand und Ausflüge. Top war der Garagenstellplatz. ruhige Gegend. Wohnung: sehr moderne klimatisierte Wohnung super ausgestattete Küche 2 Bäder (bei einem tropft es aus dem Ausfluss) bei den Betten kleiner Nachteil die machen viel Geräusche beim drehen. Balkon mit Wäscheständer. Fazit: wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Como estancia le pongo un 10

El apartamento es tal cual aparece descrito en la página, es de nueva construcción con dos piscinas, gimnasio etc, aire acondicionado, está situado cerca del puerto y a unos 10 minutos de la calle central Martínez Campos. Como estancia le pongo un 10. Es una zona tranquila ideal para el descanso y el disfrute vacacional. Hemos pasado una semana en él somos un matrimonio con dos hijos, y la verdad es que Denia te ofrece todo lo que quieras, hay una gran oferta de restaurantes, tiendas y lugares de ocio para jóvenes y mayores, así como todo tipo de actividades acuáticas. Nosotros a la playa hemos ido en coche porque lo que buscábamos eran calas para hacer snorkel y hemos encontrado zonas ideales en toda la costa de Denia (Rotes). Nos ha gustado mucho el apartamento de Vicente y la zona en general.

Excelente

La casa estaba muy limpia al llegar y Maria nos recibo muy bien. Toda la casa estaba muy bien amueblada y tenían de todo. Muy bonito y bien quitado. Nada - solo que el precio sube mucho para reservar el siguente año!

Para repetir!

El apartamento está nuevo. Dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en familia perfectos. La zona comunitaria de la piscina está muy bien cuidada. Cerca del apartamento hay varios supermercados y caminando hasta el centro de Denia hay unos 10'. Para repetir.
