Superbly located just outside of the city center

Spacious, good beds and all at walking distance For those that come from afar, maybe leave a bit of oil, vinegar and washing powder which are difficult to buy in short stay sizes

Hello Adrianus, Thank you for your feedback. I am glad you had a lovely stay and comfortable nights sleep in the beds. I appreciate your comments and I will share these with the team as the properties are self-catering we try to provide a few basics for the guests however it is those staying responsibility to provide what they need for the stay.

Location perfect for arrival on train and then walking into city centre.

Beautiful apartment. Very clean and everything needed for your stay. Roomy and very comfortable. The balcony was added bonus. Communication was excellent and was great to know if you needed anything, it would have been no problem. Would definitely recommend staying here and hopefully will again.

Superlative Accommodation great host

The last time we visited in a February and didn’t have the benefit of the amazing balcony (adverse weather), but were able to truly appreciate it this time. Apartment had everything needed by us four and parking is so convenient. Very comfortable beds, good kitchen for chilling, prep and cooking. Had a truly great stay, thanks Martin and Ernestina.

Fabulous location

Fabulous location. Easy walkfrom the train. Everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. We were shown amenities and a helpful set of localguide and apartment instructors were provided. Perfect for Americans not familiar with homes in England. Loved coffee on the terrace and watching the sunset at night.

Amazing property. Great location ❤️

The property is one of the best I’ve stayed in. Clean. Cosy. Amazing view from the terrace. Plenty of light. Great location, really central to town and train station. It was perfect, there isn’t anything I didn’t like

Festive stay in the lovely city of York

The Penthouse was perfectly situated alongside the river and the city centre was a five minute walk away. It was very comfortable and spotlessly clean and it was very useful to have a designated parking space because parking appears to be expensive in York. The housekeeper was very friendly and helpful when we checked in. The beds were comfortable and the living area worked well for us. We even managed to cook Christmas lunch for our family and we all had a lovely stay.
