Well set-up property, excellent location. Everything you need for a short stay, and in easy walking distance of the centre. No interaction with the host while there, as everything was self-explanatory. Would stay there again.

Nice house, well placed for access to the city but still quiet. Very good, but far from perfect: The wifi unstable and very slow, it has the noisiest shower - with the most dismal water pressure - I’ve met, when it’s working. Hopefully the dishwasher will have been replaced by the time you read this. That said it’s an excellent place to stay and we would be very happy to stay there again.

Hi sorry you had an issue with the water Ect. if you had told us about the water we would have been able to give you information to look at the boiler in the kitchen . When we got there it was showing red it is a simpler reset to amend it. The dish washer we are going to get apart for that now . It’s not a problem to message us . We would have resolved this quicker. Than leaving a note after the event .

A great property for us, a group of friends celebrating a birthday. The house has a table in the garden and we enjoyed sitting outside during the lovely weather. A well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Short walk into the city centre to enjoy everything York has to offer. Perfect!

I cannot recommenc this property.

Sorry you feel like this but you didn’t contact us about the water if you had we could have resolved this quite easily if we don’t know we can’t do anything about it. The tree in garden is not over grown the tree give shading in summer which has been well needed . I feel if you had message us we could have resolved everything as it was just the boiler that had trip out and was a case of pressing a button .

Wonderful stay

Couldn’t fault our stay. Property was well maintained, clean and welcoming (particularly the bottle of Prosecco!) Have stayed in area before but directions etc were vey accurate. We would all love to stay again, can’t say better than that.

Clean, spacious, simple family home

This property was all we wanted. Simple, clean, spacious and great location near the centre of York that we could drive straight into and park at. Just what we needed for a quick family visit.
