House itself was fine but nothing to cook with in the oven, email didn’t arrive before we arrived so couldn’t ask for extra bedding Had to buy our own. Toilet and flush broken some broken crockery also Back garden fence was broken so not pet friendly although listing stated it was

The house was clean and the location was great, but there were a few issues- one of the sockets in the kitchen didn’t work so it meant we had to put the toaster on a chair to use it. All the blinds were broken. The shower wasn’t very hot and made strange noises- I think it was needing replaced. The beds weren’t very comfy. There was no information about recycling and what bins took what waste. All the outside bins were full of mixed rubbish and had flies. The bins were emptied today and no one had put them out.
