Lovely old villa , homely feeling, enjoyed our stay very much. Stefano the housekeeper left us wine and fresh eggs.very clean and tidy, rustic setting and an excellant winery only five minutes walk.

Our villa was spectacular! The property had the charm of an Italian family villa- so beautiful inside and out. Plenty of space for our group with all the comforts of home. Loved the family history. The villa is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The host team were so helpful with great communication from booking and all through our stay. They also helped us arrange a cooking class right at the property!Great location- so close to many great towns. Entire staff made us feel welcome and at home. Would recommend to my family and friends.

I Cipressi is a beautiful home where 7 of us were able to enjoy the wonderful Tuscan scenery. The house is very well equipped, particularly the kitchen; the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms all work well. The pool is lovely and there is lots of space to sit around it in the sun or shade. We loved it all and had a great holiday. Thank you.

gorgeous historic farmhouse in the country

The home is beautiful: Wonderfully decorated and lovingly cared for. Views are amazing; Caretakers are lovely and we all fell in love with Zorro the Dog. My only complaint is that the beds were only box springs and could have been more comfortable.

Un posto semplicemente sublime, un luogo favoloso dove si respira un’atmosfera speciale e autentica. La casa è antica e porta con sé, naturalmente, qualche piccolo segno del tempo: qualche dettaglio un po’ “vissuto”, che però, anziché essere un difetto, contribuisce a renderla ancora più affascinante e piena di carattere. Nulla che possa minimamente disturbare il soggiorno, anzi: è proprio questo il suo bello, perché sembra di entrare in un luogo con una storia, e non in una struttura impersonale e appena costruita.E poi ci sono i gestori, semplicemente straordinari. Una gentilezza, una disponibilità e una cortesia davvero difficili da trovare. Era il compleanno di mia madre ed eravamo li per festeggiare , si sono premurati di lasciare un pensierino, direi che ho detto tutto. Ti fanno sentire accolto e a casa fin dal primo momento.Un’esperienza bellissima, autentica e rilassante.Siamo venuti via con ricordi fantastici e anche qualche uovo fresco! Un posto che conserva il fascino delle cose di una volta e persone che lo rendono ancora più speciale. Assolutamente consigliato!

Tolles Haus in der Toskana / Great House in Tuscany

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Haus in der Toskana. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe aus 8 Freunden dort. Das Haus bietet 5 Schlafzimmer und 4 Bäder, sodass wir genügend Platz hatten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, man braucht nichts mitzubringen (außer vielleicht ein scharfes Messer). Der weitläufige Außenbereich am Pool ist ein Traum. Großer schöner Pool, genügend bequeme Sonnenliegen und Pavillons zum Schutz gegen die Sonne. Im Freien gibt es einen großen Tisch, an dem man gemütlich in der Gruppe essen kann.Und es gibt Grill und Pizzaofen, die man benutzen kann. Die Schlafzimmer waren typisch für die Toskana, nicht sonderlich luxuriös aber für uns in Ordnung.Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, aber einige Ventilatoren. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp war sehr unkompliziert, Emanuela war sehr freundlich und konnte uns immer weiterhelfen. Es gab keine versteckten Kosten. Am Ende hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder. Das Haus können wir sehr empfehlen!
