About this property

Farmhouse converted from a former 1700s mill in Rabbi Valley with 4 bedrooms

Welcome to Maso Mulino19 in Val di Rabbi! Housed in an old mill dating back to the 1700s and surrounded by forests and a small river, it offers a unique view of the Adamella Brenta peaks and the Stelvio National Park.
Surrounded by a garden, Mulino19 offers a warm and family-friendly atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchen invites you to experiment with local cuisine, perhaps using wild herbs gathered from the meadows. After a day of hiking, enjoy the warmth of the stove or relax in the garden.

Mulino19 offers a warm and authentic experience, with spaces characterised by the use of wood, which creates a warm and rustic atmosphere. The two double rooms and two single rooms reflect the traditional charm of the mountains, with wood as the predominant material. One of the double rooms is located on a charming wooden loft, adding a touch of intimacy and romance. From the loft, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Adamello Brenta peaks.
An internal staircase leading from the living room provides access to the loft; the living room, in turn, connects to the traditional wooden balcony, which is also accessible from the outside.

The main bathroom on the ground floor, complete with a shower, offers the comfort of a modern facility, while a second guest bathroom adds convenience for larger groups.

The dining area and kitchen, located on the ground floor, are the heart of the home, where you can gather to share meals prepared with love. A beautiful wood-burning stove adds warmth and charm to the space, inviting you to enjoy convivial evenings.
The living room offers a cosy space to relax and socialise.
The living room features a wood-burning stove and a fireplace. The fireplace has structural issues with the chimney and cannot be used. The wood-burning stove can be used provided you follow very specific instructions. Access to the traditional wooden balcony adds a touch of authenticity and allows you to fully enjoy the breathtaking view of the surrounding landscapes.
You’ll find books on mountaineering and cooking, yoga equipment, and everything you need for a slow-paced lifestyle immersed in the beauty of the surrounding nature.
All the soaps we use—whether for household cleaning or personal care—are eco-friendly, and we’ve minimised our use of plastic.

Every space at Il Mulino19 is available for your use. On the ground floor, there is also an utility room with a laundry area and boiler.

Vacanza fantastica

Oltre le nostre aspettative, la casa veramente bella, suggestiva, attrezzatissima pur mantenendo il gusto e profumi di tempi passati. Un'immersione nella pace e nella bellezza del luogo. Veramente unica
