Nine Vail Road Condos are surrounded by the Four Seasons Hotel, located just across from the Sonnenalp and Sebastian Hotels in Vail Village. Just across the street from the pedestrian area, short walk to Gondola One. There is an onsite pool; hot tub; free WIFI; free garage parking. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $300 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.

This three bedroom plus loft three bath suite features 1572 square feet of living space; one king bed; two queen beds; two twin beds; sofa sleeper; full kitchen; deck and in unit washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Great location, enjoyed our stay

Our group of 6 guys really enjoyed our stay. The house is a short walk to gondola 1 through the Vail village. Restaurants and shops all nearby. Hot tub and pool were excellent. This place worked out perfectly.

Apartment/Property was great for us. Love the location right on edge of Vail Village. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. Indoor/heates parking was a nice bonus. Pool/hot tub was great! Would stay again!

Glad you enjoyed your stay. I am not sure what you mean on the 4-5 only time. We have staff at the desk all day. If they have to step away to do something in the building, they leave a cell number for you to call and contact them, and they return right away.

Great condo, awesome location!

A group of friends and I stayed in this property for a long weekend ski trip, and couldn't have been more pleased. The condo was everything we needed, and the location is hard to beat. Minutes walk away from all of the shops, restaurants of Vail Village. Had a great stay!

Generally very good. Minor things: 1. We were on the fourth floor and even with the heat off, it was too warm and we had the windows open. 2. BR TV's did not work 3. Oven was broken when we arrived, but fixed the next day. 4. Stairway intruded into the living space and created a hazard.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. I have not heard any issue with the heat, maybe a zone valve is stuck. I will check on it. The input on the TV was changed, and has been repaired.
