3BR w/loft @ 9 Vail Rd in the Heart of Vail Village, Parking, Hot Tub & Pool!!!

Our location @ 9 Vail Road is in the center of Vail makes it easy to walk to the restaurants, great shopping and the base of Vail ski resort. The normally is well suited for 2 or 3 couples or a family. Our master has a king bed, the 1st guest bedroom has a King, and the 2nd guest bedroom has 2 XL twin beds. Each bedroom has an on-suite bathroom and TV. There is a large living room, and a second floor balcony for kids to escape. One parking space is available in the underground heated garage. There is a year round outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Vail STR License #043128
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We had a great family ski trip. Stephen, our host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The condo was well equipped and we could walk to the gondola. Lots of restaurants that were also walking distance. I highly recommend this place.

Great condo. Plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen is well stocked with new pots and pans and spices for cooking. Location is good between Gondola 1 and Lions Head. There is a bus stop across from the building to get to either location. Be aware that the primary bedroom is up the spiral staircase in the photo. The host was great and very responsive. Only other downside is that there is no drip coffee maker. Only a Keurig. Overall, loved the condo and would highly recommend for a base for a great ski vacation at Vail.

We had a great time staying here. Just a great location and perfectly setup for a family. Very easy to get to the mountain for skiing and located right in the Village for easy access to all that offers. Great communication from the host both prior to and during our stay. Would highly recommend.
