Nice quiet apartment out of the hustle and bustle walking distance to town if u like to walk which we did with 4 kids 4-10 so it was good .. and nice we had our own space

Number of beds described not accurate. Bugs in several units. Absolutely poor communication particularly when door was not accessible—urgent situation.

Ciao! Thanks for taking time to leave a review! We are surprised to read your comments since you received a detailed info before booking about the apartments available (including bed sizes, etc). On the other side, the building and the apartments are plenty of contact info 24/7 with our staff (contact phone and whatsapp contact). What's more, you had my personal phone number to call anytime under any circumstances. On the day of your arrival, I provided you with information about where you could find equipment for the little ones in your family, since you were not happy with the baby cot provided. Finally, when the door of one of the apartments didn't opened after you left 2 babies sleeping inside the apartment to go I don't know where, I immediately was in touch with you and the staff to fix this issue before you decided to contact the fire workers. After all, I deeply regret your low punctuation on this spacious, well equipped and comfortable apartments. Have a nice day!
