We regret that the courtyard was not cleaned to the standard it should have been and that housekeeping was still finishing preparations upon your arrival. We also appreciate your comments regarding the lighting in the apartments and hallways. Guest safety is very important to us, and we will review both the hallway sensor timing and the lighting levels to identify possible improvements. We are also sorry to hear that the first-floor bathroom did not feel freshly cleaned. This is not the level of cleanliness we aim to provide, and we will address this with our housekeeping team.
