Positives: the place is a nice sized 3 bedroom, the kitchen was well equipped, and host left us some hydration drinks which was nice. Grocery stores and café and bakery very close. Failures: the area is an older part of Barcelona and I would associate it with the Southside of most cities, say it was probably a very nice area 40 years ago. There is one AC on the living room that does not cool the bedrooms. There were fans 2 of which did not blow enough air. It was so warm that we left 2 days early and had to get a hotel as my 12 year old and senior family member could not handle the heat. The host needs to be more upfront and disclose that the a c does not cool off the rest of the home. We cannot sleep in bedrooms that are 80 degrees.All night
