Beautiful and refined apartment 2 steps from the sea, its promenade and the bathing establishments and thus from the center of Chiavari. Equipped with every comfort.

Beaches, city centre, shops, train station, motorway, tennis courts, all within easy reach.

On the street level and on the corner of the building there is a famous pastry shop where you can taste delicious breakfasts and desserts. In front are the gardens with a small children's playground.

To go to the beach or the beautiful seaside promenade (on the new built area side) you just need to walk a few meters.

Very easy to reach even without a car, the train station is just 500 meters away.

Its internal layout: ENTRANCE - LIVING ROOM - 2 BEDROOMS - KITCHEN - BATHROOM - 2 BALCONIES, all facing south-east.
