Absolutely beautiful apartment in the heart of San Gimignano! Perfect location, beautiful accommodations and everything just steps away. Wonderful space to enjoy Italy with our adult children and their partners.

Disliked: Communication
This was a very nice place as we expected given what we paid. It really matched up to the pictures. However, we did have issues with the host. Upon arriving we saw that one of the 3 showers was unusable. The door was broken. We alerted the host and it took another day to get a technician out who couldn't do anything because they needed a part. We also had no hot water which they did eventually resolve. Given the trouble, we asked for a small discount of maybe 15% which was initially met with no response. Once we got VRBO involved, the host made false statements to get out of any credit. VRBO proved to be useless in this as well.
