Just outside the villa gate, you'll find free parking and a small park with a pétanque court, adding to the charm of this serene setting.

A spacious and elegantly furnished living room with a dining area, cozy seating space, and TV—ideal for relaxation.
A modern, Scandinavian-style open-plan kitchen, fully equipped and boasting spectacular views of the Mediterranean and mountains.
Two large panoramic doors open onto a covered terrace with awnings, featuring an elegant dining set and a Weber gas grill, perfect for enjoying meals with a view.

Direct access to the pool area from the terrace.

Three inviting double bedrooms, all with comfortable beds, spacious wardrobes, and air conditioning for your comfort.
The master bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom.
A large family bathroom serves the other two bedrooms.
Direct access from the bedrooms to the stunning pool area, where comfortable seating, sun loungers, and endless views




*Optional Pool Heating – €30 per Night
Pool heating is available(except for july and August ) at an additional cost of €30 per night. Due to how the system operates, this is a fixed cost for each night it is switched on and cannot be split or partially applied.

We stayed at Casa Lundberg as a party of 4 (two couples) and loved the Frigiliana/Nerja area, which is just a 10-15 minute drive from everything you need.HSA Property Management were fantastic—easy WhatsApp communication and hassle-free check-in. When we had minor gas and electricity issues, they responded in 20 minutes and fixed them within hours.The villa is modern, stylish, and spacious. Downstairs features comfortable A/C double rooms with direct pool access. The pool is a great size, but shade is limited. There is only one umbrella that struggled to stay upright in the hillside breeze, and with 4 sun beds and 2 camp chairs, a full group of 6 might find seating tight.A few small additions would make this 5 stars:Mirrors in the bedrooms (currently none, making hair styling tough).A welcome pack with local info (taxis, shops, restaurants).A vacuum or broom for longer stays (our floors got dusty after a week).Practical glassware (only 4 fragile wine glasses and no large/pint glasses).Overall, we had a fantastic holiday, loved the villa and hosts, and would gladly stay again!

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed Casa Lundberg, the Frigiliana/Nerja area, and especially the service provided by HSA during your stay. We would just like to clarify a few points that may have been overlooked during your visit. The villa is fully equipped with enough glassware, crockery and kitchenware for its maximum capacity of 6 guests. However, after your departure we noticed that not all of the original glassware was still present, so we will of course replace any missing items for future guests. As for pint glasses or larger drinking glasses, we appreciate that these are a matter of personal preference, although the villa is equipped with the standard glassware typically provided in holiday homes in Spain. Regarding mirrors, there is a full-length mirror located on the staircase landing before going upstairs. For shade around the pool, the property has two options: a fixed thatched parasol and a second parasol that can be opened and closed. As the villa is located on a hillside, it can be quite windy at times and, for safety reasons, the movable parasol cannot always be left open in strong winds -unfortunally we cant control the brise the mop, bucket and broom are stored next to the staircase by the pool area. There is also a welcome information book with local recommendations and useful information, which was placed on the table upstairs. Thank you again for your comments.
