Studiolo, delightful tuscan apartment

This apartment was originally an artist’s studio.

The living room features floor-to-ceiling south-facing windows with a spectacular view over the Camaiore valley to the hills beyond and the sea.
The open-plan kitchen area is fully equipped to meet all culinary needs, with a four-burner gas stove, electric oven, and dishwasher. The lovely old marble sink adds character to the room.
The dining table comfortably seats 6 people.
Two double bedrooms, one of which can also be configured as a twin room. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. They overlook the olive groves and remain very quiet and cool during the summer months.
Two bathrooms with showers. One of them has been completely renovated using Carrara marble.
The small balcony where two people can sit and enjoy the stunning views and sunsets.
Private terrace with table, chairs, and barbecue.

The swimming pool is located on a terrace above the hamlet and is shared with the other guests staying at Peralta.

Great family stay or romantic getaway

What an amazing place hidden in the mountains and only 25min to the sea by car. Would highly recommend it and it is a magical getawy with some beautiful views of the valley The team that work here are so accommodating and helpful and nothing is to much.

Rustic feel and great views

If you want off the beaten track and a rustic feel this is the place for you. View from the pool at sunset is spectacular. Hosts are very responsive. The last 100 m drive is up a very narrow road, host can meet you at their “parking lot”
