Our 2700 sq foot home is located in the Winding Cypress Community in Naples, FL. This is RESORT STYLE LIVING at its finest! This beautiful, open floor plan home was built spring 2021. Master bedroom, bunk room, 3rd bedroom, 4th bedroom and laundry room are all conveniently located on the main floor. Completely open up the sliding doors off the dining room for indoor/outdoor liming. Just off the dining room is the private heated SALT WATER pool and hot tub that overlooks the pond and preserve. The lanai has large table (with gas fire) and chairs, comfy outdoor seating area, lounge chairs and gas grill. Pool toys and life jackets are yours to enjoy. Watch your favorite show or sporting event on the outdoor 43" TV. The main floor living room has a 65" TV with a couch and love seat that both have reclining head/feet rests and a glider chair. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 55" TV and attached bathroom (with shower and soaker tub) and also dual sinks. The upstairs is a private get-away that has a couch, double chair and 75" TV, full bathroom and a private bedroom with a queen bed and closet.

Winding Cypress is a new, amenity-rich, residential development set among more than 1,100 acres of preserves and lakes located along the perimeter of the Picayune Strand Forest (near the intersection of Highway 41 South and Collier Boulevard) in beautiful Naples, Florida. Enjoy the clubhouse with resort-style swimming pool, hot tub, state-of-the-art fitness center, tennis courts, bocce ball courts and more. We are located mere minutes from so much of what makes life so exquisite in Southwest Florida. Marco Island, Naples and Vanderbilt Beach, shopping centers, golf and other attractions are conveniently close-by.

We chose to build in the this area because of the LOCATION. 10 minute drive to Marco Island. Close to many shops and restaurants. Naples and Vanderbilt Beaches are also close. We love having the option of swimming at the house and having personal space OR heading to the the amazing resort pool that has all the amenities (pool with waterfall, hot tub, sand area with cabana's, bocce ball, tennis, fitness room etc). There is also a restaurant and bar at the pool area.

Amazing family vacation Summer 2021

Our family has been vacationing in Naples for the last 5 years and keep falling in love with this town every time we go. Due to the pandemic we did not make it summer 2020 but were very fortunate to make summer 2021 and even luckier to have found this wonderful home for our vacation. From the moment we decided to book until the day we left Amber our host was just a call away to help us with any issues we had during our stay. This home met our expectations far beyond, we are glad to have chosen it and hope to return next year. Thank you Amber for all your help!! Looking forward to staying at your home again :)

Family Friendly Get Away in Spacious Naples Home

We have rented numerous properties in the Naples/Marco area over the last five years (Isles of Collier Preserve, Lely Resort area, Marco Island Beach) and this was by far our favorite spring get away spot from Minnesota. The five bedroom home was an ideal option for us with my son's family/grandchildren visiting and later on my brother and his wife. The set up with the master bedroom separated from the other bedrooms gave space for everyone to enjoy all the amenities of the home along with some personal space. When my son visited they chose the downstairs bedroom with their four year old in his own bedroom and there one year old (who went down early and took naps) in the bunk/bed room. My brother and his wife chose the spacious upstairs bedroom area during their visit. The outdoor pool and hot tub area offered lots of room for everyone and the view from the pool over the backyard preserve area offered lots of bird and occasional deer sightings. The outdoor alcove with recently added kitchen/refrigerator offered a perfect spot for grilling and outdoor dinners. Amber was a gracious host who checked in regularly with us and made the check-in and check out process very simple. When visiting you will want to access the community pool and other amenities that the community has to offer. Thanks again Amber for opening your Florida home to us. We can't wait to come back. Tropical Paradise

So sad! Our month's stay is over and we must return home. Very well stocked with essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, spices, laundry and cleaning supplies, hand soap). Kitchen has a gas stove and wonderful Calphalon pans. The lanai has a wonderful heated salt water pool and hot tub. The pool cage was damaged by the hurricane but was fixed while we were there. The resort itself has a beautiful club house and the pool and bar/restaurant area made you feel like you were at a tropical resort. It was very easy to contact the owners (particularly Amber). All communications were answered very quickly. We would not hesitate to rent from them again.

Our private pool/hot tub along with resort style amenities gives us many options to play or relax. It's a short drive to Marco Island, Naples Beaches/Shops and Fort Myers area.
