Private Waterfront home with pool and hot tub with large dock in Isle of Capri

Our 5 Bedroom, 4 Bath completely screened in home has 3 levels and over 3,500 sq ft of I livable space makes for an island playground. The lower level is screened and has direct access to the back yard. The pool area includes a large pool with heater, waterfall, hot tub, BBQ and bar area. The ground floor also has a 1 Bedroom with en-suite kitchenette and bath.

The second floor is accessible via front staircase or spiral staircase from pool deck. There is no elevator at this property. This level provides all the living area you and your family need to spread out, it includes the large living room with two sitting areas. The kitchen is spacious and open to the dining room with a large island and four comfortable bar stools. The dining table has 6 chairs and can seat up to 8. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking utensils you would need to make a great home cooked meal. The kitchen and dining room also have expansive views of the gulf. The laundry room is just off the kitchen and includes a new full size washer and dryer. Access to the large wrap around deck is provided through the full wall of glass sliding doors in the living room.

Three of the 5 bedrooms are located on the second floor each with their own bathroom. The large master bedroom has a King size bed with a new memory foam mattress and new high thread count sheets. The two other bedrooms on this floor each have queen beds with new mattress and high thread count sheets.

The third floor area is an open loft and consists of a large high-ceiling open bedroom with it's own huge private walkout deck with breathtaking gulf views.

The house is situated on a wide canal just 75 yards from the open waters of the gulf. This combined with the optional rental of our 23’ foot side console boat (150 hp 4 stroke motor) that can take you through calm protected waters to deserted pristine white sandy beaches just moments away. You can also take an amazing twenty minute run through the calm waters behind Keywaydin Island all the way up to downtown Naples, dock the boat and walk the colorful streets and shops of the center of town.
Likewise it is just ten minutes across to Marco Island. Or you can take one of our four kayaks from our dock and paddle around the tranquil coves and bays that make up the Isles of Capri, with its dolphins and abundant sea birds and inshore fishing opportunities. You will also have a good chance of spotting Dolphins and Manatees within yards of the shore.

The mainland is also accessible by a single road. The Isle of Capri neighbors nearby Marco Island.
