CHARMING NEWLY RENOVATED HOUSE WITH NICE POOL (AIR CONDITIONING & WIFI)

Our holiday house is open all year among the pines of the Riviera.

Situation
While in the quiet pine forest, it is ideally located: you will not need to take your car and you can do everything on foot:
- The pretty little beach Bonporteau: less than 10 min,
- The large bay of Cavalaire and nautical activities: less than 15 min,
- The center and its shops, and the 'Carrefour Market' are just a few minutes walk.

House
The house is the result of a long and careful renovation of a villa of the 50s. The original house has been renovated and enlarged so as to become a real 'family house' warm, friendly but also practical.
The finest materials have been used in the renovation: natural stone floors, wood, sanitary fittings and brand. The furnishings and decor were chosen with taste and attention to detail. Its benefits are a house upscale vacation.
Newly renovated (2013 & 2014), furniture and home furnishings are brand new.
Facing south, the large living room is very bright and is completely open to the garden and pool.
It includes:
- Living room with sofa, flat-screen LCD TV with reception of foreign channels, DVD player, and a docking station for iPhone.
- Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, 4 ring ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher). View more exhaustive description of the kitchen equipment in the 'kitchen.',
- And a dining area with a large convivial table surrounded by a bench and chairs.
Each room has a bathroom / ensuite shower, equipped with a walk-in shower and a sink (the one bathroom also has a toilet). The 2 master bedrooms are equipped with beds 1.60 x 2m and large closets.
Room for children is equipped with 2 beds of 90 x 2m. We also offer a 'cot' at your disposal.
A separate toilet is located in front of the rooms.
All the living rooms of the house (kitchen, living room and 3 rooms) are equipped with air conditioning (hot / cold). The house can be rented throughout the year.
In the laundry room are at your disposal: a washing machine and a second fridge (with freezer).

Garden / pool
Quiet and secluded, the villa is located on 1. 100 m2 of land (pine, eucalyptus and other Mediterranean species) entirely closed, oriented southwest and dominated by a magnificent palm tree in the shade where you can dine. At the center of this green oasis is a beautiful swimming pool of 9 mx 5 m. Under the palm and around the pool is garden furniture (table, chairs and armchairs, chairs, etc..).
On the lawn between the terrace and the pool, you can organize your football games with family or friends (2 goals and a ball are at your disposal).
