VILLA PHILIA DE CAVALAIRE Here is a large and elegant air-conditioned villa for your family holidays, with Mediterranean and refined decoration. The pool is heated in season. Quiet, secluded. The equipped kitchen offers you all the possibilities of cooking according to your aspirations, you will find there all the material which you will be able to need.
The 4 bedrooms are spacious, equipped air conditioned ....
The garden offers a green and exotic greenery (palm, oleander, lemon, lavender, jasmine, mimosa etc ...) ... The pool is secure and heated on defined period ....
The villa is located near the beaches and the center of Cavalaire.
In season, a free shuttle service (located at 50m) serves the whole bay

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable à la Villa Philia en famille, avec 4 adultes et notre cocker spaniel. Dès le début, la communication avec l’hôte, puis avec la personne chargée de l’entretien de la villa, a été excellente.La villa est extrêmement bien équipée pour accueillir des voyageurs, avec plusieurs services de vaisselle, de verres, etc. En réalité, c’est la villa la mieux équipée dans laquelle j’aie jamais séjourné. La climatisation est très efficace dans les chambres et permet de garder toute la maison agréablement fraîche.L’espace extérieur est parfait, avec une terrasse couverte pour les repas et suffisamment d’espace pour déplacer les transats autour de la piscine selon vos envies. On peut rejoindre le supermarché local ou la plage en une vingtaine de minutes à pied, ou en seulement 5 minutes en voiture.Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute à la Villa Philia.

Sehr saubere Location.Schöne Dekoration im Haus .Ein Safe hat gefehlt.Sonnenschirme haben gefehlt, kein Schatten auf dem Grundstück.Kein parken auf dem Grundstück sondern auf der Straße: hätten wir nicht gebucht, wenn wir das gewusst hätten.Der Pool war nicht wie versprochen 28 Grad sondern sehr frisch.Haben wegen beheiztem Pool gebucht….

Ravie de savoir que vous avez apprécié votre séjour à la villa Philia, la propreté ainsi que le soin apporté à sa décoration, deux aspects auxquels nous accordons une grande importance. Afin d’apporter des précisions utiles à nos futurs voyageurs, nous souhaitons rappeler que toutes les prestations de la propriété sont décrites avec transparence dans l’annonce. Un stationnement pour 2 voitures est prévu devant la maison. Le jardin est baigné de soleil et d’ombres tout au long de la journée (voir photos) Les parasols sont proscrits en raison du mistral qui peuvent être de véritables projectiles dangereux. La sécurité de mes hôtes et leurs enfants est le plus important. Concernant la piscine, celle-ci est bien chauffée conformément à notre annonce et ce, à partir du mois d’avril. Pour maintenir une température agréable, il est indispensable de respecter les consignes d’utilisation de la bâche thermique (à mettre chaque soir en intersaison ) qui ont été expliquées à l’arrivée, rappelées par messagerie et également affichées dans la villa. Lorsque ces recommandations sont suivies, nos voyageurs profitent pleinement de la piscine chauffée depuis le mois d’avril et en sont très heureux Notre priorité est d’offrir un accueil de qualité et une expérience agréable à chacun de nos voyageurs.

Pool war groß und unterschiedliche Tiefen, Sonnenschirm wäre schön.Ausstattung sehr gut, insbesondere Küche. Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer auch an der Decke für den ganzen Raum. Sonst aber alles perfekt. Kinderfreundlich mit Spielen, Boole, Tischtennis.

Villa avec piscine chauffée à cavalaire

Un séjour merveilleux dans une villa très confortable dans un environnement calme et agréable à vivre !Idéal pour un séjour en famille!Tout est fonctionnel et très bien pensé !Le plus: la piscine chauffée d’une dimension juste comme il faut tout comme l’espace extérieur et son terrain de pétanque qui a ravi toute la famille.La supérette de proximité réponds à tous les besoins et évite la course au supermarché.Les plages en contrebas sont les plus chouettes de Cavalaire.

Traumhaftes Haus

Sehr schönes Haus. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit hier verbringen dürfen. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet vom Föhn, TV, Wlan usw. Die Klimaanlage war perfekt. Alles was man braucht. Der Pool war sehr gut temperiert und hatte uns und unseren Kinder sehr viel Freude bereitet. Ein Supermarkt liegt auf dem Weg zum Strand und ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Nachbarn waren sehr ruhig sodass man den Urlaub genießen konnte. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und können die Unterkunft nur wärmsten empfehlen. Vielen Dank
