Spacious and bright apartment with two balconies, located on the fourth floor of a building dating back to the ‘80s (with elevator) ,a few steps from Pyramid, the Aventino, and at just 500 metres from the Circo Massimo. The apartment is located in the Ostiense neighbourhood. Terme di Caracalla, thermal baths built by the homonymous Emperor as a meeting point for the Romans and now an important archaeological site where cultural events are held and where you can enjoy lovely walks, especially during summer. The neighbourhood is rich in green areas and is well connected to the historical centre.
Taxis, buses, metro line B and trains leading to Ostia seaside stop in the Station Piramide, located just a few steps from the apartment. At 150 metres, in Piazzale dei Partigiani, is a bus stop and the Stazione Ostiense as well, with trains leading to Fiumicino airport and to various cities in the Lazio region.
The building is located outside the ZTL, the Limited Traffic Area of Rome’s city center.
Atac´s Park & Ride areas allow long-term parking at a discounted rate, to reach the City Centre using urban public transport. Every Park & Ride area (both automated or not) is close to a Metro station or to the urban and suburban bus terminus.

On the right of the corridor is the living room, complete with a rustic wooden table for 6 people, three couches, a LCD TV and the access to a spacious balcony
One bedroom ha a double bed( 140cm x 190cm), the second bedroom has two single beds and the master bedroom a double bed(160cm x 190cm)
The kitchen is fully equipped with refridgerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, electric boiler, coffee machine , cutlery and crockery for eight people .
The main bathroom is fitted with both a shower cabin and a bathtub, while the second bathroom has a shower cabin.
The following might be to be paid extra: Babycot, Bed Linen and Towels (additional set), Bed linen and towels (weekly changed), Extra Cleaning, Final Cleaning for pets, High chair, Late Arrival, Refundable Security Deposit, Tourist tax.
