Nearby market and restaurants are excellent. Property is in desperate need of repair. Damp in walls causing flaking paint and plaster. Sewer drain outside bedroom door causes smells. Cockroaches outside apartment, inside property grounds. Furniture was broken when we arrived. Property was not clean when we arrived. Disappointed.
