Pros: excellent location, very spacious apartment, big fridge and freezer, 2 balconies, roof top terrace and pool with great views Cons: no views from balconies, after changing sheets because of our longer stay we noticed the state of the pillows and comforter (many stains), uncomfortable couches,

Great location. Close to beach and marina.

This very spacious apartment provided a comfortable stay in Lagos. The bed was comfortable and the 3 balcony doors provided lots of natural light. We had 2 issues with the shower and the kitchen sink that were eventually addressed by the property management company.

Simply perfect!

We stayed there for 3 months. And we work online. All was very easy to do from there. In the daytime from monday to friday its sometimes a bit noisy from the school, which is directly next to it. But… its kids playing... and that´s kind of a good noise, right? :) All in all the apartment is wonderful! So much space. Very clean and all you need to have a great stay!

Ganz ok

Die Lage ist ganz gut, in 25 Minuten Fußweg ist man in der City. Check-in per Schlüsselafe. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und es fehlte nichts. Leider war die Sauberkeit teilweise sehr schlecht. Dreckige Kissen auf der Couch, Haare in der Nachttischkommode, in der Küche hängen die Leisten runter und der Schrank neben dem Herd war sehr verfettet. Hier ist auf jeden Fall Luft nach oben. Die Baustelle gegenüber (stand schon in der Beschreibung) war leider viel lauter als erwartet. Es war viel Staub und Dreck in der Luft. Dadurch konnten wir die Balkone nicht wirklich nutzen. Der Pool auf dem Dach war sauber und die Aussicht (bis auf die Baustelle) toll. Das Personal (Pool-Reinigung und Treppenhaus-Reinigung) war sehr freundlich.
