SUNNY GROUND FLR APT SEA VIEW+POOL+ WALK TO BEACH MARINA & TOWN+GREAT WI FI & FREEVIEW TV.

Looking out to the sea, Alba Vilas is a beautiful, unusually spacious ( 9ft ceilings), 2 bed/2 bath apartment. A genuine 15min walk to the Marina and 20 mins to the boardwalk and lovely Blue Flag beach of Meia Praia and the town of Lagos. One of two large terraces lead directly to the pool, spa pool and landscaped garden. There is a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom which has a bath and stylish basin. A twin room has an adjacent bathroom and shower and both bedrooms have patio doors to a terrace. The modern, fully fitted kitchen with patio doors opens onto a terrace with a built-in BBQ and cooking utensils. There is a cool box with picnic tableware for those days out. A spacious and light and airy lounge/dining room with views to Meia Praia Beach, leads out through patio doors to a south facing terrace, pool and garden. Electric shutters/videophone entry/Parking/Co2+Smoke alarm. Quality wi fi/internet connection and satellite smart tv including Irish, French and Portuguese channels.

Maximum guests 5 + 1 cot
A highchair and travel cot are available.

Alba Vilas is cleaned on arrival and departure. A linen change and clean for 14 day stays. Longer stay arrangements as organised with owner.

Currently on the field adjacent to the condominium there is some clearing of the land and earth moving. No houses are under construction at this time.

We have a local manager at Alba Vilas and all cleaning and safety is in line with Government guidelines.

Not just a rental but our home from home and yours too. There is an English speaking manager who lives locally for all those queries or recommendations.

'Just to say thank you again for the rental of your beautiful apartment at Alba Vilas. We really did have a healthy, chilled out Christmas. The children surfed everyday and I was swimming everyday. The weather was good and we came back with a tan on our faces. The apartment and gardens were really lovely and the directions spot on' (first of several stays).

Our stay at this place was very nice! The appartment was clean and had everything we needed. It's located at a quiet spot just out of the centre on Lagos. The beach is nearby and reachable by walking. The pool is nice and quiet! We would advice this place for everyone!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay at this charming apartment. It was nicely furnished and very comfortable, with good Wi-Fi available. We especially valued the mid-stay cleaning provided after our first week. The stunning terrace offered incredible sea views, and having direct garden access to the pool was fantastic. The entire property was impeccably clean and well-kept. Communication with the hosts was excellent; they were always quick to respond to emails. We look forward to returning!

Absolutely loved this place.

Spacious, airy, beautiful apartment; everything we needed was here for our stay of one week and would be happy to stay much longer. Great communication in the run up to our trip and it was easy to gain access when we arrived late at night. Lots of information about the local area in the apartment and an easy walk into town and the beach. Perfect!

Perfect apartment with lovely terrace

Everthing in the apartment was just right for us, especially the Sky Glass tv with full sports access. The terrace was the right place to enjoy breakfast looking down to the sea and enjoying the birds visiting us. With easy walking access to the beach boardwalk (20 mins) and the marina for cafes and restaurants (15 mins) it was perfectly positioned in our opinion. We will be back.

Perfect getaway in Lagos

We just returned from a 3 week stay and couldn’t be more pleased. The flat was exactly as described, the views were amazing and the property was very quiet and well-maintained. Considering it was March, the weather was perfect for walking around town or to the beach (which is less than a 10 min walk) which we enjoyed every day of our time in Lagos. Wonderful apartment

June 2009 - What a gorgeous apartment, we loved it from walking in the front door, you can see over to the sea and if your lucky you will have cows in the field behind. A lovely view when opening your windows in the morning. Spacious apartment, very clean, everything you need. Lovely safe pool area, the pool is also quite warm compared to some we've been in in the Algarve. By the afternoon the kids pool is like getting into a bath its so warm! The terrace is great to wander out on in the morning for breakfast, quite sheltered so its a perfect suntrap also great for kids as it is secured by a lockable gate. A genuine 10mins walk to the Marina with a pushchair, a further 5 mins to the Old Town. Loved the apartment and Lagos.

Heerlijk relaxt verblijf

Heerlijk, ontzettend ruime woning, veel ruimer dan de foto’s weergeven. Alles prima in orde, of werd in orde gemaakt (airco was stuk toen wij kwamen, heel snel vervangen en in tussentijd ventilators gebracht). De beheerder, Dinis, is goed bereikbaar en erg behulpzaam. Ookde communicatie met de eigenaren verloep plezierig. Het huis ligt in een rustig gedeelte van Lagos, stranden en centrum dichtbij.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. In der Küche habe ich alles gefunden, was man überhaupt brauchen kann. Die Wohnungen haben eine sehr gute Schallisolierung, man hört die Nachbarn kaum. Die Lage der Anlage ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar aus der Kernstadt und auch der Strand war zu Fuß erreichbar. Lagos ist wunderschön und hat viele tolle Restaurants. Wir sind vor allem an die Strände der westlichen Algarve gefahren. Wir lieben es jeden Tag einen neuen Strand zu besuchen und dort sind alle Strände einer schöner, als der andere und sehr sauber. Es war unser erster aber bestimmt nicht letzter Besuch von Lagos und der Algarve.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay. The apartment was fantastic and is set in beautiful surroundings. Most days we had the pool to ourselves so it was like staying in our own private villa. The communication with Jan was great and any requests we had were met with no problem. Would definitely recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay, the villa was clean, spacious, well-equipped and well-located. It was very quiet, only a couple of other apartments taken so the kids had the pool to themselves. The weather was lovely most of the week but very windy for a couple of days though thankfully not on our very sheltered terrace! Lovely view too, down to the ocean. We found a suitable surf beach about15 minutes drive away (though the better surfing is out west near Sagres so a bit of a drive) and drove into town each evening for a meal (easy to park at this time of year). All in all had a great week and if we were to venture to Lagos again, we'd definitely stay here. Thank you Jan and Nick!
