Mary is a great hostess - all communications were efficient, detailed, and accurate; she helped us find transport; check-in and check-out could not have been easier. The apartment location is ideal for travelers who want to be in the middle of everything.
Absolutely the best place to stay when you are in Rome! Extremely clean and very helpful with all of our questions. Absolutely no concerns will definitely stay here again
Perfect location in city center near all major historical sites. Excellent host who went above and beyond to make our first visit to Rome easy from prior to check in through check out. She arranged airport transportation both directions, met us at check in to walk us through the apartment, and contacted us mid stay to see if we needed anything. We had a memorable stay at Corso 142 and recommend Mary’s apartment. Location can’t be beat!
Our stay here was fantastic. The entry is nicely secured by two keyed doors. The apartment itself is centrally located, making it easy to get to all the highlights that Rome has to offer. Would stay here again.
I cannot forget how majestic and charming this little apartment was! The beautiful ceiling paintings and the sense of history throughout the building made our stay feel truly special. Although we spent only two nights here, everything was exceptionally well provided for. Our host was there to personally welcome us, show us around, and make sure we had everything we needed. Communication was excellent, and the location was fantastic! The only small downside is that the windows face a busy street, so if you're a light sleeper, bring some earplugs! Haha! But then again, that's part of staying in the heart of Italy's bustling capital!Overall, a wonderful and unforgettable experience. We absolutely loved it!
The location was perfect and had the most manageable walking distance between all locations of interest. The check-in process with the host was smooth. I forgot to turn on my WhatsApp notifications and that caused a few minutes of miscommunication during the transition from the airport to the scheduled shuttle pick up that the host was able to coordinate if requested. WhatsApp is the most used method of communication between Europeans and Americans due to discontinuity in cellular service. The host was very nice and informative. We were very pleased with our stay! Can’t wait to come back, Rome was amazing.
beautiful apartment, and very comfortable! Really great location, it was very easy to walk to all the sights, and there was great food in close walking distance. The host even accommodated holding our bags early while the apartment was still being prepared.

The property was very well located and the host was excellent at communicating with us. The apartment was much smaller than it looked in the photos. But Thank you so much Damiano for looking after us so well.Best wishesRosie
Terrific location so close to so much. Walkable to everything. Damiano was helpful in every way. The apartment has an old-Rome feel complete with frescoes in the living room and bedroom areas.
I appreciate being able to check in early and check in was very smooth and easy. Apartment was in great condition with lots of space. Great accommodations such as a washer for mid trip laundry. The apartment is in a convenient location just minutes from the Pantheon and great local restaurants.
Stayed here as a family of four (three adults, one teen) and fit perfectly! Walking distance to everywhere! We never took public transit. The piazza nearby was a massive perk. We were able to walk everywhere. The room was clean and the host was hospitable; always available if we reached out. There was a little convenient store just down the way, which was nice. We felt safe the entire time. We would definitely stay here again.

Too much noise on the street all night-even with the double windows closed, you can still hear everything. The location is good, but it should be priced lower given how difficult it is to get a good night's sleep.
Only consider staying here if you arrive on morning flight, because the host charges an extra fee if has to wait to give you the key after 6pm.
Friendly and helpful host. They let us drop our bags off early and provided a driver for extra fees but made our arrival to Rome extra quick and stress-free. We loved the Roman feel of the apartment, the amenities, and the cleanliness. We would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit Rome.
We enjoyed the space of the flat and that it was an easy walk to Piazza Navona. Communication with the host was easy and they were accommodating when we arrived late for check-in appointment because I entered the wrong address.

Felt like I got cat-fished. The property does not look like what it looks like in the pictures. It’s very dark and gloomy and dingy. Everything looked old and dirty. I couldn’t wait to check out. The host was nice and responsive and easy check-in and out, but I would never stay here again and it was not worth the money.
Damiano was so great. He helped us get a transfer to and from the airport. Was so communicative, he helped carry our bags up and let us keep them in his office. Then we luckily had a little earlier check in then assumed. Apartment is charming, GREAT LOCATION. Can walk literally anywhere. Street is busy, a little loud on a Saturday night but didn’t bother us since we come from a city. Great shower pressure and blow dryer. Would def stay again. Also bed was great. Thank you!
