Property was in a great location. Host was wonderful. The washer works great the drying was not good. The floors were a little dirty and the rugs were not clean. Other than that all was great.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Loved the location. Right next to two bus stops. Felt like we were close to everything but just off the main areas to make it quiet and peaceful. We walked everywhere and loved it. Andrea was super helpful and easy to work with. Couldn’t have been better.

Nice, big, super clean New apartment in a very convenient location for seeing the city with multiple bus lines close by. Felt very safe in the area as a single woman visiting the city would highly recommend this property. Andrea was a very good host in every way. His English is excellent. Entry into the building was easy and very secure. I would’ve liked the kitchen to be a little bit bigger and more convenient for cooking. But all in all it served its purpose. I would definitely rent this apartment in the future.

This was a super nice apartment for our 5 night stay in Rome. Spacious and clean, the little kitchen was fully appointed with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning was great…the bldg regulates the hours it goes on but that was not a problem. There was also a fan. Very quiet in the apartment even though busy street outside. Very close to walk to Vatican, markets, and a few restaurants. There’s a coffee stand right across the street. Easy to get to Trastevere. Andrea was a wonderful host, very responsive to messages. He greeted us at check in and explained everything. He also arranged transportation for us from the airport and to our cruise which was very convenient and seamless. I would definitely recommend.

Clean, modern apartment with a location that was a great central point to walk to all the tourist sites with plenty of restaurants also nearby. Management company was great to deal with and went above and beyond in returning a lost wallet to us at the airport. Highly recommend.
