Stephen is an attentive, accessible, and responsive host. Very welcoming. The property was conveniently located for access into London and was clean and well appointed. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Nice property

Very nice, comfortable and clean. Small issue with washing machine leaking, but have reported it for repair. Attentive response. We would come again.

Lovely House in a Lovely London Suburb

The house was lovely and only an 8 minute walk to Hither Green Railway Station and the train trip into central London is only 15 minutes. The rooms are modern and clean. Unfortunately we couldn't find the coffee machine or the hairdryer listed as available. I would recommend this property and would stay here again. Thank you Stephan.

A real gem - quiet, clean and modern

Stephen’s place was amazing. Everything was fresh, clean, updated and comfortable. We are Brits living overseas and stayed here to celebrate New Year’s Eve in London, after visiting family in Kent for Christmas. We had a couple of issues that we informed Stephen about but we managed to work around them. The house is in a side road which is very quiet but only a few minutes walk to Hither Green national railway station, with frequent direct trains right into London heart. Would definitely recommend. Thank you
