Awesome View

The pictures offer an accurate depiction of this house. The views are amazing and the pool area is very relaxing. As described, I would not suggest this house for peopler with mobility challenges or small children as there are many stairs and floors to this home. Only item to plan for is there are only a few "starter" toiletries, paper supplies or soap. This may be customary in Spain but required us to purchase many items that only came in quantities larger than we needed. Property Mgr was very responsive to my inquiries and resolved issues quickly. It is a perfect house for couples looking to hang out.

THIS HOUSE DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONINGon average the house was 86 degrees Fahrenheit or 30.5 degrees Celsius. The bathrooms are even hotter. Only 3 of the 7 bedrooms have air conditioning and that is the only air conditioning in the entire house. The 7 of us shared bedrooms so that we could all sleep with AC. The door in the kitchen that leads to the outside is broken and doesn't latch shut so the house does not feel secure at night. We had to put a piece of furniture in front of the door to keep it closed. Every shower in the house is moldy. Each shower head and faucet is broken or not functioning properly. The shower curtains were moldy and the curtain rods fell each time we showered. I slipped while trying to get it back on while showering and hit my elbow on the tile wall. The floors were very dirty and there were cobwebs on each corner of the house.There is an ant problem inside the house. There are ants everywhere. They were in our suitcases, on our beds and crawling on us and all over the house. They came twice while we were there to spray and then left the spray with us because the ants where all over and kept coming back. each time we needed to spray we were left with the toxic smell of ant spray lingering. My 10 year old son and I at different times got locked in one of the bathrooms because the door latch is broken and we could not get out and it was very hot in there.
