The apartment met the needs of our party of 4, 2 bedrooms. 1 bath, kitchen and a spacious dining and living room. There wasn't much of a view from the tiny balcony and the decor was not as imagined based on the photos. The building was very secure with the metro station directly across the street. There are many grocery stores and cafes in the area along with a farmer's market on Wednesdays. Overall our stay was enjoyable.

Host was extremely welcoming. The apartment was a bit short of expected amenities (e.g. plastic bags for kitchen trash bin). There is no TV in the apartment which I do not think is mentioned in the description on VRBO. Not a problem for us since we do not watch, but other guests may be surprised by the absence of a TV.
