Loved the property!! Nicolas was wonderful and very communicative; prompt. The apartment was perfect for 3 gals traveling and wanting space! Perfect location for train, cafes. Highly recommend!

The location is in a safe neighborhood and served its purpose. I would have liked to be a little closer to the down town area. I did have some trouble with the lock on the door but eventually managed to be able to figure it out. The toilet is in a separate room from the sink and shower which was unusual but not a problem. My wife wanted to heat up a baguette but couldn't figure out the oven and gave up.

Nicolas was extremely responsive and kind. He gave good recommendations and provided prompt responses to all questions. The flat was charming and close to the convention metro 12 stop which was very convenient.

We had a great time staying in Paris. Nicolas is the best host for any property we’ve stayed at through the Vrbo app. His communication and help were amazing. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Would definitely stay again.

Nicolas was an excellent host. He was flexible and worked with us on our arrival time. Great communication. Offered extra recommendations for local places to eat and visit. The flat was perfect for our family of 5. Used the kitchen for making lighter meals. Metro & tram stations were within easy walking distance. Nice neighborhood amenities without feeling touristy. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Nicholas is wonderful in his communication before and during our stay in his fun flat. It was so nice to be welcomed by a bottle of wine. The location was convenient to the metro. An excellent Italian restaurant is right across the street and has great food. We had an issue that the dryer was not working after washing a load of clothes. Nicholas was very responsive but ultimately no dryer was available. A dry rack came in handy. Having an equipped kitchen is a big plus! Merci beaucoup Nicholas for being a good host!

Great location, spacious apartment

We stayed at this property while spending a weekend in Paris. The location is great, neighborhood is full of little cafes and restaurants. It’s super easy to access the Metro or bus!

Great Stay!

My co-worker and I rented this apartment for the Premiere Classe show and we could not have been happier. We loved spending time on the balcony after the show days and enjoying the lovely Paris summer weather. Thank you for a lovely visit!

Great apartment in quieter neighborhood

Lots of space and everything we needed. Close to Metro for getting around. Lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. Everything accessible while being in an area that's not overly busy.

Our stay was enjoyable. Family of 5 from the US. The location of the flat is great. Great proximity to the metro, great park to walk around, and great neighbourhood. Our host gave us adequate recommendations and answered us promptly. The space was abit tight and likely more suited for 4 people if dealing with adults. We loved our stay in Paris and loved our time at the flat.

Great stay in the 15e

Very much enjoyed our stay in Nicolas' apartment - felt very Paris. Was comfortable, stylish and well appointed. Unfortunately nowhere to sit and eat together, but didn't matter at all because there were so many great places around to eat as well as a fantastic nearby street market. Nicolas was a very good communicator and very helpful. Would come back.
