Inside a stately villa, completely renovated and in an EXCLUSIVE location, we offer two accommodation: the “Lago infinito” apartment and the “Riflesso del lago” apartment, both featuring a porch and a lakefront pool. Both have their own private parking spaces adjacent to the porch. From Rebecca House, you have direct access to the Lario bike path, which connects the lakeside towns through a unique landscape. Upon request, bike storage is available right off the path, along with canoes and small water sports equipment.
THE ACCOMMODATIONS: The apartments are located on the lakefront, just a stone’s throw from the infinity pool. Each features its own beautiful stone-framed porch, where you can enjoy the seasonal sunrises and sunsets while savouring breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The attention to detail in the furnishings and colour schemes—such as the LED lighting and dimmable lights—adds that extra touch, especially in the bedrooms with their extra-large beds (160x200 and 90x200). Every bathroom features an XXL shower, toilet, bidet, and washing machine. The spaces are comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need in both the kitchen and living room, including a smart TV and satellite TV, ensuring you make the most of your stay. The rooms are built with materials that prevent the walls from overheating during the summer months, keeping the interior cool and well-ventilated. Thanks to this system, our guests won’t need to rely on electronic cooling systems to sleep. The same applies during the fall and spring. The indoor temperature will amaze you because it perfectly adapts to the outdoor climate, maintaining a comfortable warmth inside. Comfort in our accommodation is thus completely eco-friendly.

Hi, nice to meet you—I’m Mariagrazia, the owner of the house. My family and I invite you to stay in a dream setting where I grew up as a child—a place my husband and I decided to renovate. The property is in an exceptional location, with views of the mountains and the vast expanse of the lake, offering unique light and colours all year round. I’m happy to share this location with our guests—it represents memories, serenity, and peace to me. I come back here to recharge and restore my energy, and I hope the same will happen for you. NEIGHBORHOOD INFO
It’s in an absolutely prime location, where the silence is broken only by the waves of the lake, with the mountains reflected on its surface—a perfect setting for cycling and hiking enthusiasts to explore. The lakeside bike path that runs alongside the property is perfect for morning walks at sunrise or evening strolls at sunset, in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. Your children can play on the beach and stroll with their families along the bike path in complete safety, reaching all the towns along the coast by bike or with a stroller. In the evening, without having to take your car, you can walk to the nearby bars and restaurants—which are recommended in the brochure available at the property—to sample some wine and/or traditional dishes from the lake region as well as Valtellina. For water sports enthusiasts, the on-site storage facility allows you to store your equipment and head out to explore the lake with your family or friends. Just a few hundred metres away is the Navigazione dock, where you can board boats and hydrofoils to reach Como, Lecco, Varenna, Bellagio, and Colico.
