Apartment fabulous lake view, ideal base for excursions

Room for two more sofa bed for 2, fantastic views of Lake Como.

Access to 'accommodation is independent from the garden. Large private terrace, there are a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and shower; a living room with satellite TV where there is a kitchenette equipped with all appliances (5 burner stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine) and sofa bed (comfortable for two people). WiFi internet access. In the apartment there are two doors panoramic window that directly access to the terrace where there are two chairs and umbrella and chair. The property has a garden (about 500 square meters, common use) totally enclosed with space for children to play and eventually to leave bicycles. For guests there is a reserved parking not covered. We are half hill excellent starting point for hikes with trails leading to the lake and the mountains.

Beautiful Apartment Great for Excursions

Mauro is a wonderful host and has a beautiful property with modern, updated apartments. Mauro welcomed us to his apartment and told us about hiking excursions as well as the best restaurants in town. It was great to have insider information! The apartment was very clean and has great amenities. The full size gas stove, cookware, dishware, and dishwasher made it easy to cook meals. I highly recommend staying at one of Mauro’s apartments!

Mauro and his wife: very friendly, bring your own sleeping bag for cold nights, narrow street by car

It was our first visit of Como lake. Though many tourists, some days were a lot rainy,and the apartment was therefore very cold in the morning and when we arrived in the evening...we enjoyed our stay! Nice hiking. Friendly people. There is heating, but we were told that the gas will be with extra costs, because expensive in the mountains. So we didn't use it.Our mistake. No warm extra sleeping blanket. Make sure to bring your own sleeping bag for cold nights, just in case!! We brought them. :) If you don't want to drive 15 minutes by car from your apartment the narrow steep street to the next village at the lake ,Gera Lario, you should probably search for another place... Sure, if you want, you can go by foot every day to the lake. Communication, Organisation we decided spontaneously to go there for hiking , just a short trip. So we booked the same day, we managed to finally go South and Mauro reacted very quickly and his wife made it happen, that everything was fine and that we could check in the same evening! You are very friendly people, Thanks for that again! :) Como lake: If you love or want to try water activities, Como Lake is with it's Breva definitely a good place for you. BUT: the traffic! If you want to do sightseeing or just wanting to visit another place at the lake , make sure to go by PUBLIC BOAT TAXI, instead of driving your own car! Motorcycles..., narrow serpentine streets, going by car was so much noise and it was no fun, but stressfully.

Wir haben hier eine herrliche Woche mit sonnigem Wetter verbracht.Das Haus liegt oberhalb vom See und bietet eine unschlagbare Aussicht auf Berge und See.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet.In der Küche hat es uns an nichts gefehlt alles nötige war vorhanden und sehr sorgfältig eingerichtet (kein Chaos in Schubladen oder Schränken).Das Schlafzimmer/Bett ist angenehm und breit,wir haben herrlich geschlafen.Bad/Toilette sind ebenfalls tiptop.Die Gastgeber Mauro und Roberta sind zwei sehr nette Menschen die unaufdringlich aber stets zur Hilfe stehen falls man Fragen hat.Wir wurden sehr verwöhnt mit herrlichem Schokokuchen und einem wunderbaren Apero.Nochmals vielen Dank dafür!Wir empfehlen diese Ferien- Wohnung zu 100 Prozent und kommen gerne wieder.

Es war einfach super. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung sehr schön, klein aber fein. Der Ausblick atemberaubend, schöne lange Abende mit grandiosen Kulisse. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Wohnung ist sehr schön, sehr sauber und ein super Blick auf den See. Mauro ist sehr aufmerksam und hat leckeren Kuchen gebracht. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, viele Serpentinen und teilweise etwas eng.

Vorweg es war ein fantastischer Aufenthalt. Wir (24 und 26 Jahre alt) waren für 5 Nächte in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, zum Kochen haben wir alles vorgefunden. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr schön. Die Größe war für uns mehr als ausreichend. In warmen Nächten hat uns der Ventilator vor Ort gut geholfen. Am schönsten war für uns der Blick und die Größe vom Balkon. Wir saßen jeden Abend auf dem Balkon und haben den Tag ausklingen lassen. Jeden Morgen haben wir den Tag mit einem Frühstück auf dem Balkon begonnen. Einfach Traumhaft.Die Vermieter waren super nett. Wir sind verkehrsbedingt relativ spät angekommen, aber dies war nach vorheriger Absprache überhaupt kein Problem. Die Vermieter waren bei Fragen zur Region oder für Tipps zu Ausflügen oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten immer kontaktierbar und haben uns sehr geholfen.Die Gegend um die Ferienwohnung ist super zum Wandern. Wir haben aber auch mal ein Tag am Strand (Kies kein Sand) verbracht. Das Schwimmen im See war gut. Unser Urlaub hat uns sehr gefallen und wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub

Ich war mit meinen Sohn (2 Jahre alt) in dieser wunderschönen Gegend. Die Wohnung war abselut sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundlichkeit von Mauro und seiner Frau, einfach unglaublich. Zusätzlich gab es noch hilfreiche Tipps zur Erkundung der Gegend. Immer wieder gerne würde ich dort verbleiben wollen. Ein ganz toller Urlaub für uns zwei.

Wundervolle Zeit

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit am Comer See. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super um Ausflüge zu starten, sowohl rund um den Comer See als auch in die Berge. Die Aussicht ist malerisch. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich.Mauro & Roberta sind sympathische, liebevolle und stets hilfsbereite Gastgeber mit tollen Ausflugstipps inklusive.Geheimtipp für Samstagabend die Trattoria Tamola in Bugiallo besuchen. Leckeres tradionelles Essen zu fairen Preisen serviert von den herzlichen Besitzern.

Von der Wohnung hat man einen traumhaften Blick über den Comer See und die angrenzenden Berge. Die Wohnung war blitzblank sauber, gemütlich und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Wunderschöner Urlaub

Ein sehr schöner und entspannter Urlaub - von der Buchung bis zur Abreise. Wir haben zu zweit recht kurzfristig gebucht und hatten innerhalb kurzer Zeit die Zusage für das Apartment. Die Reaktionszeit bei Fragen vor und während des Urlaubs war super schnell. Nach der Ankunft hat Mauro uns erst die Wohnung gezeigt (auch wo die warmen Decken zu finden sind) und uns dann einen Überblick über die Möglichkeiten am Comer See gegeben, u.a. auch wo man gut essen gehen kann. Wir sind dann im Anschluss mit einem Aperol Spritz samt Knabbereien überrascht worden! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, nett eingerichtet mit ein paar schönen Details. Die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet - wir haben Abends öfter mal was gekocht. Für zwei Personen sehr viel Platz. Der Balkon hat neben Tisch und zwei Stühlen auch zwei Liegestühle und einen Wäscheständer. Die Abende waren mild und wir konnten draußen sitzen und über den nördlichen Teil des Sees mit den angrenzenden Gemeinden schauen. Die Anfahrt zur Wohnung ist kein Problem, die Straßen sicher etwas enger und man muss schon mal etwas vorausschauen, um zu sehen, ob Gegenverkehr kommt. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem tollen Apartment und mit netten Gastgebern!

Bester Ort am Comer See

Die Ferienwohnung mit ihrem Balkon ist der beste Ort am Comer See - mit einem fantastischen Ausblick über See und Berge (nur am Nachmittag ist der Strand besser - wegen der Sonne ist es am Balkon zu heiß). Super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Ausflüge und zum Baden. Und auch in der Woche von Ferragosto waren weder Strände noch Straßen überfüllt. dazu kommt: Mauro und Roberta sind die besten Gastgeber am Comer See, die uns mit Aperol Spritz, Panna Cotta, Eis und großer Gastfreundschaft verwöhnt haben. Eine wunderbare Ferienwoche!

Vacances de rêve

A recommander sans hésitation

Une petite route d 'accès pittoresque, une fort belle surprise à l 'arrivée : belle maison en pierre, avec une vue extraordinaire sur le lac et les montagnes environnantes ; appartement bien équipé et très Hôtes charmants, toujours disponibles et de bons conseils.

Herrlicher Ausblick

Sehr gut eingerichtete Dachwohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick über Comer See! Direkter Zugang zu gut beschildertem Wanderwegnetz (Monte Berlinghera ab St. Bartholome sehr zu empfehlen). Unkomplizierter, netter Austausch mit Vermieter Mauro.

Sehr schöne FeWo mit super Seeblick, Hervorragend

Küche war so gut ausgestattete das wir lieber selbst gekocht haben um beim Essen den Seeblick zu genießen. Mauro ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Die Zufahrt zur FeWo(mit VW Bus) ist problemlos zu bewältigen. Etwas langsamer fahren, dann geht es auch ohne das sinnlose Hupen vor den Kurven. Parkplatz vor dem Grundstück. Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung perfekt. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Gigantische Aussicht auf den See

Schöne Wohnung mit Blick auf den See, sehr netter Vermieter, in der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Allerdings ist die Auffahrt dahin nicht für schwache Nerven; enge , steile Straße im schlechten Zustand, die nur mit Hupen passierbar ist. Zu Fuß in den Ort unten war mühsam und zeitraubend.

Netter, hilfsbereiter Besitzer, für die wunderbare Aussicht und Ruhe hat sich der Weg über die Bergstrasse mehr als gelohnt! Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, alles funktioniert bestens. Der eingezäunte Garten war optimal für unsere kleinen Hunde.
