A picturesque location nestled in the countryside, not far from the Sarnano-Sassotetto provincial road, yet completely hidden from view. Here, time seems to slow down, and you feel embraced by the woods. The house, with a “homemade” feel, has been recently renovated using recycled materials as much as possible! It welcomes you via a tree-lined driveway—accessible by car—and features two separate floors. At the top of the two flights of stairs (one to the right and one to the left of the house), on the ground floor, there is a kitchen/living room with a large terrace, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with bunk beds), and a bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a garage with a small utility bathroom and a washing machine. It is located not far from the centre of Sarnano (15 min by car) and the mountain and ski resorts of Bolognola and Sassotetto.
