The surroundings and atmosphere are amazing. The hosts Tara and Damian go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. The neighbourhood is second to none. LOVE the beach!!

Fantastic stay in an exceptional location and beautiful house that feels like a home from home.

The proximity to the beach is like no other place we've stayed. It's so private and relaxing. The house is immaculate and so comfortable. Tara has thought of everything. There is so much to see and do around but even just to stay and chill out at the house and beach is a great option. We love this place.

communicate was great from the start. Had everything we needed and was a great location. The Host were the best we had in the 10 years of using VRBO. Would highly suggest staying here.

An absolute pleasure to stay here highly recommend…

From the moment we booked Tara was so helpful, above and beyond to answer questions or concerns. The house was beautifully decorated, well equipped with pots , pans and the stove was awesome!! The water was nice and hot and the water pressure was fantastic.. The view was amazing such a pleasure to wake up too every morning!! Our first trip to Ireland from the US and we will be back !! Thanks again for everything !!

The house was spacious, cosy, and modern .The views were stunning and there was plenty of places to walk. Easy access to the beach . The house had everything you needed and the hosts had provided everything . They were also very friendly and helpful . I would definitely go back as it was fab ..

Beautiful house with fantastic views from every window

It was a lovely house with great hosts house is done to high standards in every way, they had a lovely we welcome basket done which was really nice, lovely location very relaxing, what also was very good right on the beach so morning and evening walks on the beach was handy and also dog friendly which is great, would definitely recommend it.

Very clean and both stylish and cosy. Gorgeous spot with great view, right at beach and lots to do nearby. Kids had a great time, family room was perfect for 4 boys ranging in age 5-15. Excellent facilities, attention to detail in bathrooms. Baby equipment was much appreciated too. We definitely want and plan to come back again. Thank you for a lovely time!

Amazing time had by all.

We had a mixture of ages staying from 30-80 year olds it was fabulous. Suited everyone’s needs. The house was very clean and modern. The location was more than you could ask for , perfect. Tara is so accommodating.

The location, the facilities and comfort, most importantly the feel, the X factor, created by the attention to detail. Only possible issue (prams maybe wheelchairs) is the unfinished drive and surround.

Another fabulous stay at The Lighthouse Cottage

This was my second time staying at the lighthouse cottage and won't be the last. The cottage itself is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a perfect stay. The cottage is warm and cozy, beds and seating are super comfy. Tara is an excellent host and always responds quickly to any queries. There are games and beach toys for the kids to use. The views are amazing!! The Mourne mountains at the back and Cranfield lighthouse to the front. We are already looking at dates to return.

Lighthouse Luxury

I had the most amazing stay at the Lighthouse Cottage. It really was a dream come true for me as I came from Canada. The property was beautiful and the view was extraordinary! The hosts were so helpful and gracious. They made everything so easy with a folder full of information, email check-ins or responses when needed, and some welcoming extras! I will definitely be back again!
