A spacious and comfortable apartment, recently renovated with attention to detail.
It features a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a modern bathroom.

The real highlight is the large, sunny, and inviting terrace—over 40 square metres—which is truly one of a kind. It’s ideal during the warmer months for al fresco lunches or dinners, relaxing in the sun, or enjoying moments of tranquility on summer days.

The Space
• The west-facing living room is bright and opens directly onto the large terrace. It’s furnished with a large dining table that seats 6 and a comfortable sofa that converts into a sleeper sofa for 2 guests. The room is completed by a wall-mounted TV and an antique chest of drawers that lends character and elegance to the entire space.

• The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee makers, and all the necessary tableware for 6 people, making it ideal for medium- to long-term stays.

• The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with hardwood floors, both equipped with large closets and dressers. The master bedroom, with direct access to the terrace, features two large single beds that can be joined to form a comfortable double bed and a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two single beds.

• The bathroom is very bright thanks to a large French door and features a modern shower with a shower enclosure and a waterfall showerhead. There is also a Bosch washing machine inside, available for guests’ use.

• The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, a security door, double-paned windows for sound and thermal insulation, aluminium window frames, electric roller shades, and Wi-Fi accessible in all rooms.

• A welcome kit is included with towels of various sizes, blankets, pillows, sheets, and comforters, as well as coffee and water, and of course everything you need for cooking (pots, dishes, silverware, etc.)

• Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony.

Guest access:
The apartment is located on the ground floor of an elegant, stately building with an lift, in a central location in Bergamo, within one of the city’s characteristic historic areas, just a short walk from the lively Piazza Sant’Anna.

The location is ideal for getting around easily: the train and bus stations are about a 5-minute walk away, while Orio al Serio International Airport (BGY) is just a 10-minute drive or taxi ride away.

There are numerous amenities right outside the apartment, including supermarkets, cafes, bakeries, ice cream shops, and restaurants—perfect for experiencing the area and having everything at your fingertips during your stay.

After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a message with all the details and a link to check in online (which must be done online before your arrival) through our partner Vikey.

At check-in, each guest will be asked to present a valid ID for registration purposes.

Free on-street parking is available but cannot be reserved.

SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED INSIDE THE HOUSE AND OUTSIDE ON THE BALCONY.
