A holiday townhouse with a stunning panoramic view of the sea and mountains, located in a quiet and secluded area surrounded by the colourful natural landscape of Abruzzo, a short distance from the historic centre of the art city of Atri and about 10 minutes from the beaches of Silvi Marina and Pineto. The property is surrounded on three sides by its own garden, featuring an exclusive private courtyard of 200 square metres with an outdoor portico. The ground floor houses the living area, while the second floor contains the sleeping quarters, accommodating a total of 7 guests. This excellent property faces directly south, ensuring plenty of sunlight and offering a marvellous panoramic view of the sea, the Gran Sasso d’Italia, the Maiella, and the Abruzzo countryside. Available for rent from July 7 to September 30 for a minimum stay of 7 days. Note: For each guest beyond the fifth, there is an additional charge of 25.00 euros per person.
